We had a lovely stay at the Snap Pad. We booked at very short notice and received all the check-in information almost immediately. The apartment was very clean, fresh and comfortable, and looked just as it did in the photographs. We really liked the unusual split-level layout and found everything easy to use.
The location is excellent, right in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, and the nearby multistorey car park was convenient and just a short walk away. David was friendly, helpful and very easy to contact. We would happily stay again.

Nice touch leaving some eggs,milk bread etc. Host was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure a good stay
Off loading luggage is a bit of a problem as no parking in the street
It did not really worry us, but bear in mind that you need to be able to handle stairs with the bedroom and shower upstairs and tiny wc and basin downstairs.
