About this house rental
Nestled in Vodnjan, this charming house for $123 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This holiday home is suitable for larger groups or families who want to spend a relaxing holiday together. In the house you will find 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, free WiFi. The location is quiet with complete privacy and not far from the sea. In front of the house is a refreshing pool surrounded by green vegetation. The swimming pool can be heated (extra, payable locally: EUR 15 / day). We recommend trips to nearby places. The most famous is the Pula Amphitheater, which offers a lot of art and culture in summer as well as a good entertainment program. Excursions by sailboat (10 m long) with the owner are possible on request (extra).

We had a wonderful two week holiday at this superb house in the Istrian countryside.
It is ideal for a large family group
and has all the facilities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
It was spotlessly clean and modern. There is a lovely swimming pool if you want to spend the day relaxing at the house and a large patio area with barbecue to eat by in the evening.
But it is also a great base to explore the region. The pretty fishing village of Fazana with its many restaurants is only ten minutes away by car. Porec, Rivinj and Pula are all within easy reach.
Hosts Sandra and Franko are so friendly, easy to contact and will look after any small issues that may arise during your stay.
Go and stay at their fabulous house. You won’t regret it.

Wahnsinns Anwesen mit viel Platz.
Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und entgegenkommend. Wenn es "Probleme" gab, wurden diese direkt behoben . Das Haus ist ein Traum . Wir waren zu 8 dort und es hat perfekt gepasst . Ein MUSS ist ein Auto , sonst hat man da wirklich ein Problem , da es schon sehr weit draußen ist . Der nächste Stand ist ca. 17min entfernt. Sehr Empfehlenswert ist Fazana und Hawaii Beach .
Das Haus ist super gut ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine unten war kaputt und Franco brachte ins gleich am nächsten Tag eine neue . Alles sehr Urlaubs orientiert. Oben die Wohnung hat mehr Privatsphäre und ist was größer. Bäder sind genügend da und der Pool ist ein Traum .
Das einzige was und Wahnsinnig gemacht hat waren die Aber tausenden Wespen und Fliegen . Von den Mücken rede ich erst garnicht. Und die Hähne li. Und Re. Sind auch für Lang-Ausschläfer eine Sünde .

geniales ferienhaus wo es an nichts fehlt
Franco und Sandra sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber die wir je erlebt haben. Sie haben uns so lieb empfangen, es war wasser, saft, bier bereits kalt gestellt u sogar ein frischer fisch für den grill.
das haus ist top, es war sauber,es war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch mehr.
auch für die kinder stand spielzeug bereit.
der pool war mega, haben ihn beheizen lassen und auch da war franco sofort zur stelle.
auch sonst war die kommunikation einwandfrei!!!
die lage ist etwas schwierig, es ist zwar total ruhig aber man muss für alles das auto benutzen. aber wenn man ohne meer auskommt, absolut top da neben dem pool auch noch ein riesen garten mit spielgeräten vorhanden war. und die kinder durften von gemüsebeeten und obstbäumen etwas ernten was ihnen mega gefallen hat.
alles in allem kann man hier vor allem mit der familie eine tolle zeit verbringen.
wir würden die unterkunft auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen und sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tolles Haus für Familien
Wir sind mit mehreren Familien zusammen verreist. Das Haus sowie der Spielplatz und der Pool (mit Heizung) sind super für Kinder. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war einwandfrei.

Sehr freundliche Besitzer, sehr saubere und moderne Unterkunft. Perfekt für den Urlaub mit Freunden oder Pärchen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles zu bieten was man zum Wohnen benötigt und überzeugte mit der Größe und dem optischen Eindruck mich und meine Freunde sehr. Wir würden wieder kommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Wir sind mit 2 Familien angereist. Die Unterkunft ist top eingerichtet. Sehr gut bestückt, sehr sauber. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. So eine Aufnahme haben wir noch nie erlebt. Nur Freundlichkeit wird dieser Familie nicht gerecht. Wir haben sehr viel mehr erlebt. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Ich kann behaupten ich habe nicht nur wahre Freunde gefunden, sondern eine Familie gefunden.

Schönes, geräumiges Ferienhaus.
Wir haben uns mit unseren Hunden sehr willkommen gefühlt. Sogar Lekkerlis waren bereitgestellt. Der gesamte Garten ist sicher eingezäunt, so dass Hunde sich draussen frei bewegen können. Ein schöner Wald für Spaziergänge ist direkt vom Haus aus erreichbar.
Die Aussenanlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Ebenso die beiden getrennten Wohnungen.
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben bei herrlichem Wetter zwei erholsame Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und sofort zur Stelle, wenn etwas einmal nicht funktionieren sollte.
Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!

Urlaub vom Feinsten
Wer einen entspannten Urlaub möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Das Ambiente sehr schön. Zum Meer ca 15 min Autofahrt. Wenn man keine Lust dazu hat, einfach in den beheizten Pool, der mit Salz, nicht mit Chlor im Gleichgewicht gehalten wird. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde sehr gerne angenommen. Im hinteren Garten ein Spielplatz mit Rutsche, Trampolin und einigen Fahrzeugen. Wasserspielsachen für den Pool usw. Auch an die felligen Familienmitglieder wurde gedacht. Das Grundstück ist gut eingezäunt. Die mit Kiwi überwachsene Sitzecke ist sehr gemütlich und einen gemauerten Grill gibt es auch. Auch an allerlei Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht. Wie z. B. Grillholz, Grillkohle, Anzünder Grillbesteck. Ein Waschbecken neben dem Grill Mückenspiralen, Kinderhochsitz und und und. Auch die Küchen sind gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Auch mit mehreren Kaffeemaschinen. Auch einen Waschtrockner gibt es. Alles in allem war es ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter.

Alles SUPER!!!
Das Haus ist toll, wir waren mit 7Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen! Der Pool , sowie das ganze Haus sind sehr gepflegt! Es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts! Die aussenküche hat einen tollen Grill und fliesend Wasser. Die natürliche Überdachung aus Kiwibäumen ist nicht nur ein Hingucker, sondern auch super praktisch!

Objekt ist empfehlenswert, alles war sehr sauber. Hervorragende Ausstattung, es hat nichts gefehlt! Objekt ist auf jeden Fall familien- und kinderfreundlich. Kinder (2 und 6) haben sehr viel Spaß am Spielplatz hinter dem Haus gehabt. Gastgeber Sandra und Franko waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Franko hat an einem Tag sogar für uns gegrillt! Bei Ankunft hat er für uns einige Flaschen Wasser/ Milch/ Saft sowie frisches Obst vorbereitet! Lage ist perfekt, man kann sehr schnell mit dem Auto Pula, Rovinj und Fazane erreichen. 100%-ige Empfehlung von uns!

Sehr sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir waren im September 2020 in diesem Objekt und es war ein traumhafter Urlaub als 2 Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Die Vermieter sind super nett und waren jederzeit erreichbar, bei Fragen. Das Haus ist sauber und modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Mit dem Auto konnten wir in nur wenigen Minuten schöne Strände und Städte besuchen.

Von der Anmietung, dem Vorabkontakt, des Checkin und Checkout, aber auch die Vorortbetreuung alles erstklassig!
Die Finca befindet sich in einem Topzustand, nichts lässt zu wünschen übrig - eine sehr gepflegte Anlage.
Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich vorstellen kann.
Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen !

Fantastic holiday, amazing villa and great communication from the manager.
We had piece of mind before even beginning our holiday because of great communication from the owners of this beautiful villa. We were contacted via WhatsApp before flying to Croatia by the owners and communication continued to be amazing throughout our stay. All it took was a message from myself to the owners with a question and they gave me all the information I required. Upon arrival the owners greeted us and gave us lots of useful information about places to go and restaurants to visit. Then on the last night the owners came and cooked us a lovely feast of bbqed fish and salads. The villa itself was beautiful, clean and tidy and well equip. The heated pool was appreciated by the children and the garden to the rear was also very child friendly with various children's equipment. I would definitely return to the villa and definitely recommend it.

Wonderful Stay at the villa
We had a great time at Franko’s and Sandra’s villa. The house is spacious and very clean. There is everything you need there, well stocked and we even had some cold refreshments and fruit when we arrived. The outside is really nice with a bbq area we used multiple times for grill fish and meat! The swimming pool was super clean and well kept, we had it warmed up a couple of days to enjoy night swim! The surrounding area is very quiet with a small town but it’s very close to the beach and 25’ drive from the beautiful bays of Premantura. The hosts were really kind and welcoming, answering all our questions and helping out. A real great stay indeed!!
