Enjoy the fully remodeled, two-bedroom Top Unit located directly on famous Sandy Beach! The unit features a private, covered ocean-facing deck, as well as a beautiful hardwood beachside deck that's shared with the one-bedroom Bottom Unit.
The entire Top Unit is equipped with quiet and efficient air conditioning to keep you cool when not frolicking on the beach that's just steps away. The living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs (with English-language cable package) for your entertainment pleasure. When not sampling the local cuisine at one of the dozens of dining options in the area, six within walking distance, there is a fully-equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking.

Very cozy, unfussy unit that immediately felt comfortable and relaxing. The bed and sheets were especially cozy, and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. The owners also provide quality beach chairs and coolers, which was a huge plus. The ocean view is incredible, and the beach itself is beautiful.One thing to know is that the beach can get busy because of the condo at the end of the beach and the fact that it’s public. My recommendation is to take the beach chairs down first thing in the morning and set them up in the shade to save your spot. At times, people were setting up right at the bottom of the steps to the beach, and we had to step over their belongings.The condo was very clean overall. The only cleaning issues we noticed were that the oven was dirty and the grill still had leftover coals in it. The toaster also appears to be broken.A couple of improvements that would make the stay even more comfortable: adding blinds on the west side of the unit would really help. Even though the neighboring condo building isn’t extremely close, the exterior lights shine into the unit at night, making it harder to sleep, and added privacy would be appreciated.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little getaway. The beach is perfect- it’s public, but away from big resorts, so it never felt crowded. The location is great and within easy walking to several good bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

Best location in all of Rincon. House was clean and provided top of the line beach chairs and coolers as well as fins and masks to snorkel. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of hot water for 4 to shower back to back. Will def be back !

Amazing location! Had a terrific stay there. Close walking distance to local bar/restaurant and coffee shop. We would stay there again!
