The location is perfect as you are in walking distance right outside the condo building and restaurants. The checkin process was little tricky as we had to contact the office couple time to know which building, the address of the location, where/when we can access the room, etc, especially with no property manager or representative onsite. The property was pretty clean. I would stay again just for the location

Every year, my family and or my wife and I attend florida in June or July. This year it was our wedding anniversary, we always have fun and enjoy life to the fullest. Overall the condo was fine, it wasnt great. A few things for future guests; as soon as you walk in the room there is a smell, the couch I believe had stains all over it,and had a little smell.The curtains had stains all over it, and in the bathroom there was pink gunk all over the rails. The condo it self is a good space for wife and husban to relax. We had a blast! Just some recommendation since we did pay of 2600 for a week.
