God location.
The apartment has potential, but it needs better maintenance and more thorough cleaning.
Some repairs appear unfinished. Overall, the property feels somewhat neglected.
Cleaning also seemed to be only superficial. Behind a bathroom shelf we found a dead cockroach and an old sock, which suggests that certain areas are rarely moved or cleaned. The electric kettle was greasy, and the kitchen cabinets had visible fingerprints and marks on them.
Not all windows have mosquito screens, which resulted in quite a few mosquitoes inside the apartment.
The towels were clean but very old and heavily worn from repeated washing.
A small hospitality touch such as complimentary coffee and tea would also make the stay more comfortable, especially for guests arriving late or wanting a quick morning coffee without having to go out immediately.
Overall, the apartment was functional, but it would benefit from better upkeep, deeper cleaning, and a few guest-friendly improvements.

Location and parking available were very good point for this apartment, and a really nice coffee bar under the building
The hot water was impossible to get on the ground floor, the water was just flooding too easily and the hairdryer was broken and smelling like burnt.
Tv not working and towels were smelling bad
