The owner was extremely helpful, great location and quiet. Easy to find and greeted at the ferry and our luggage was taken to the villa which was super and late checkout was so helpful
Maybe loft is not suitable if you are over 6”2 as head may hit the roof upstairs and stairs up to the loft a bit steep if you are elderly but there is a bed downstairs which is fine

Great location, super sweet small apartment and wonderful staff. We were a family of four, two adults and two older kids who had the pleasure of spending six nights at Rosalia`s this summer. We stayed in the samllest apartment, but even that served our needs perfectly. All we needed, even got to use the washing-mashine outside the house to do our laundry. In excelent walking-distance to a small supermarket, the main church and the sea-front with plenty of quiet and sweet swimming-spots for dipping in the crystal-clear sea both before breakfast and before bed. Will highly reccomend staying at Rosalia`s, and we - we will be back for the next trip to Chalki. Thank you very much!

Amazing traditional house with fantastic view from the large top terrace. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 shower rooms. Very clean. 5 mins from lovely restaurants and grocery shop. Excellent communication with Georgios. Luggage picked up at port and accommodation made available early which was much appreciated. About 15 mins slow walk to nearest beach, 10 mins to hotel, both of which have sunbeds.

Die Lage war sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten zum Hafen. Der Administrator hat organisiert, dass unser Gepäck transportiert und wir zur Unterkunft geleitet werden. Auch auf unsere Wünsche ( neue Stühle, Geschirrtücher, 2.tes Lagen) hat er umgehend reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen Man kann hervorragend im Hafen schwimmen. Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer war sehr schön
Das untere Appartement, in dem wir waren, hatte nur einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem nur 1 Person bequem sitzen konnte. Der andere Platz vor der Haustür war wenig einladend und mit alten Plastikstühlen ausgestattet. Beim Frühstück hat uns eine Ratte beobachtet. Die Info, dass das Haus in der Countryside sei und deshalb auch mit Ratten zu rechnen sei, hätte ich gerne vorab gehabt. Auf Nachfrage haben wir dann erfahren, dass Fenster und Türen Tag und Nacht deshalb geschlossen werden sollten. Da ich mit Aircondition nicht schlafen kann, war das sehr unangenehm. Der Administrator hat angeboten, Fallen von Rhodos nach Chalki zu schicken, aber das hat uns auch nicht das nötige Sicherheitsgefühl gegeben.
