Breakfast didn’t start until 8am and all 3 days we were there we needed to be gone by 7.30am at the latest

Nice clean, spacious and clean room. Normal breakfast.
There is no staff presence at the hotel. If you need something you have to call and at some point of time it will be delivered to your room when someone will pass by.

The breakfast was nice, there were a lot of choices. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The shower and sink have two knobs so it's possible to get a slight burn if you're not careful.

Relative proximity to the center, free parking.
This is basically a hostel disguised as a hotel (except that you do not share the room with other people). The "hotel" is actually the big house in the middle of a residential/industrial area (not far from the city center, though), and you constantly hear the loud noises from the factory next to the "hotel". The desk office operates only for an hour and a half in the morning (to collect the keys), so when you arrive, no one will be there (you need to get the key from the little safe box). The furniture in the room is old, and the room feels quite spooky. Overall cleanliness is so-so... The breakfast is OK (but nothing more). And finally, it is really overpriced; it costs like a real hotel. Fine for one night or if you can't get anything better...
