We are steps away (you can even dive to there) from Cracked Conch Restaurant and Macabuca Tiki Bar where you can enjoy the best food and sunsets on our island. The space Our light spacious bedrooms and a large open plan with ground floor kitchen and living room opens onto a lovely patio with a BBQ overlooking the pool which is just meters away from Cayman's premier shore diving. My home has three floors: the ground floor is a open plan kitchen, dinning and tv area with a porch and a large BBQ. the 1st floor, twin/king and a queen bedroom. the 2nd floor, top floor, queen bed & queen sofa. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Coconut Bay condo The grounds around the condo are professional landscaped and maintained daily, with two large private pools and a shower area fully equipped with a large rinse tank and dive benches so you can wash your dive gear after every dive. We are located in a very quiet part of Cayman called West Bay, within a 5 minute walk to the Turtle Centre and Dolphin Discovery and Cracked Conch Restaurant/Macabuca Tiki Bar. Just 10 mins drive to Seven Mile shops, restaurants, and beaches. There is a regular bus route right outside the property which is just 2$ CI to town. Guest access We are affiliated with Shaggy's diving , a personalized diving, snorkeling and watersports company. We have over 20 years of experience around the world, providing amazing customized private trips to go at your own pace or group trips with up to 8 people onboard. We also rent as a diving package with a 2 tank boat everyday if you are interested please ask. Receive 10% off all diving, snorkeling & rental gear trips booked through our dive company. Other things to note - No pets. - No smoking inside the unit. - Quiet time after 11 pm in accordance with the property regulations. - We have recycle bins inside our accommodation & Coconut Bay Condo also provides big recycling bins outside. So please help us, help the environment.

We had a great week staying in Shaggy's place. The property was very clean and well appointed. This was our third time staying in Coconut Bay and we much prefer the front units like this one. Communication with Shaggy and his team was excellent prior to arrival and during our stay. They checked in on us to ensure everything was going well and we did not need anything. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great for diving with Shaggy

The best part about the place is that you can dive right from the condo and Shaggy guided us for just the cost of dive kit rentals. The place is nice and matches the picture. Air conditioning kept it cool and quiet at night. The grill on the patio is great so you can save some expensive dinners out. Loved being walking distance to the Tiki bar and we went a lot. Only complaint from family was distance from 7 mile beach which honestly is both good and bad.
