About this house rental
Situated in Northport, this charming house for $295 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to T-Town Cottage! The brand new and adorable home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 guests. The property is located 2.7 miles north of Bryant Denny Stadium in Historic Downtown Northport. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other and there is ample seating for everyone to gather around and enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create a home cooked meal or tailgate treats! There is also coffee starter pack to keep the whole group caffeinated. The first bedroom has a king bed and optional sofa bed as well as an attached bathroom with a tub shower. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has a king bed and 2 single bed flip sofas. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a jack-and-jill bathroom in between with a tub shower. On the back patio there is an outdoor dining table and umbrella as well as a fire pit and gas grill. The back yard is fully fenced in and the property is pet friendly. - Located down the road from the house there is a boat ramp that is perfect for days out on the water. Feel free to bring your own or rent a boat! There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests. **All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification** *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. * Please read prior to booking: Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people. * Please read prior to booking: Please be aware that you upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. ** *A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

My crew enjoyed a nice guys trip outing for the LSU Bama weekend, and our house was beautifully kept. Our T-Town Cottage was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend outing. An added plus was the large backyard and patio area. Property did not disappoint.

Mine actually was for my father being close to death (He died a day or 2 after I started claim process). They wanted documentation from his Physician if you can believe it!

T-Town Cottage is in a convenient location (just across the bridge from downtown Tuscaloosa and U of A). It is very clean, the beds sleep well, and it is well stocked with basics. Wifi is reliable. Great layout for families. We have stayed here several times and have plans to do so again.

The rental company was a pain leading up to our stay. One rule after another. Forms and signatures galore. Plumber spend 3 hours out there on game day. I wish they had spent more time on making sure the property was ready instead of making sure i had 10 forms filled out to protect themselves. The outside garbage can was at the street and full when we got there. We had to take our gabarge with us to make sure we didnt get an additional charges after we left. The rental company made me provide them with names/cars of any potiential guest? I thought that was out there in space. I mean how do you know every person that might stop by? That did not make since to me! All that being said the good things at the property out weighed the bad. Very nice, clean, comfortabel house. Plenty of room for our party of 6. nice back yard. Neighbohood was fine

Lovely home and great location
Home is lovely, fully appointed with everything you could think of or need. Clean, comfortable and nicely situated a very short drive from the UA campus. Loved driving under the Roll Tide and Title Town bridge every day! Communication with the property managers/owners was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Great property!
We really enjoyed our stay in the Bama B&B Property. This location was very close to downtown Tuscaloosa but far enough away to get out of the traffic yet under 2 miles to the U of A campus. We enjoyed our morning stroll on the walking trails at the end of the street as well as hearing the ping of the ball hit the bat at the ballfields at the end of the street.

T-Town Cottage was fabulous! Convenient to UA as well as downtown Tuscaloosa and Northport. Very quite and well maintained. Really nice cottage with cute furnishings. Would stay there again.

Parents visiting student at UA
We wanted a comfortable home that allowed us to visit with our daughter whom is a student at UA. We are from SC and thus wanted to cook dinner for her and relax as she doesn't get home often. This was the perfect location and home with all the amenities.

T-Town Treasure
This property was perfect for our family. The modern interior was beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. We loved having the ability to let out our pups in the fenced in yard. Will definitely come back to T-Town Cottage often during the next four years. Roll Tide!
