Pros: great location, a couple blocks to the beach. The backyard is well landscaped, with a nice pool. Plenty of parking.
It can sleep a lot of people - 17 comfortably- but there are only 3 rooms with closed-door privacy, if you're looking for that.
There are two kitchens and an outside toilet, sink and shower. There are a lot of tvs, if you're looking for that.
The espresso machines were fantastic!
Beautifully decorated.
The property manager, Jose, was very responsive and went above and beyond to get us a new highchair. I'm confident he'll be attentive to the issues.
Cons: Some aspects of the place were a bit "tired" like the patio furniture, the couches and cabinets downstairs.
It wasn't very well equipped- no dish towels, dishcloths, kleenex or paper towels.
No beach towels or beach chairs, bring your own.
Many outlets upstairs didn't work, and there was a playstation without a cord.
Overall, we were glad we stayed and had a great time.

When we arrived we found the place as described but we had to call and have it re-cleaned, it smelled very musty. Jose was responsive to get someone right out. We rented because of the outdoor cooking set up and we’re a little disappointed that several items we thought were basic were not included. Jose did send someone over with wine glasses (the ones provided were plastic and scratched/dirty) and coffee mugs (only 4 were provided and we were a patty of 6) we bought a stick lighter for the grill and pot holders which were essential in removing hot pans from the grill. The set up with the music was a little odd that we had to listen to Jose’s play lists and we weren’t able to connect our phones to the system to play our own music. No music system in the house was a bummer on rainy days. Jose was attentive in responding to our requests to heat the pool but honestly it was a lot to always have to ask for things from the host. Overall the experience was a little too much like camping for our tastes. Probably better suited for spring break college kids. The house could be great with a little updating and restocking of basic items. The location was wonderful so close to the beach and store. We never went to the beach because we didn’t have beach chairs or anything. If you book this place just make sure you read the description carefully and know what you are renting. We requested a refund for all the issues we had and even though Jose’s response acknowledged the issues he refused to offer any refund. That was disappointing.

This home is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 12 adults and 1 1yo!! Location was so perfect, right by a grocery store where you could get almost anything you needed! Pool and outside space was so so nice. Jose was a fantastic host, always responsive and so friendly and helpful!! Thankyou so much Jose!!!!

We had a great time! There 11 of us 7 sisters/brother/ and 2 friends. Plenty of room every where. We used the upstairs kitchen for all meals. The bottom kitchen we used for cocktails and munchies. A quick walk to the beach. Store-3 houses away, liquor store-across from the grocery store.
We had trouble starting a few things(music, some lights) but jose(mgr) was prompt and very attentive. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for a great trip! Now back to Wisconsin for 6-10 inches of snow tomorrow!

Loved the location of this home as it is centralized to everything especially the grocery store and lots of eateries! I’ve rented a bunch of VRBO’s and this place had the best pool area with lots of sitting for everyone and loved having two kitchens available for my large group of 12.
I would like to see more towels, pot holders (only 1 for two kitchens) dish towels (only 1 for two kitchens). Bathrooms were incorrectly advertised on the VRBO front page, but Host said he would make it right with me and hopefully I will see a 1 night stay refund soon. The only other suggestion would be is to add non-skid on the outside steps to the upper level ….when they are wet they are slick!

This house is located within a block from the island supermarket in one direction and a block from the beach in the other direction - perfect location! Nice house, looked exactly like the pictures with all the staged decorations. The upstairs was very nice, just didn’t realize the two upstairs bedrooms were totally open concept but it worked. The pool and backyard was the attraction for everyone. The house could use a little upkeep and if that happens I would give it 100.

We spent a long weekend celebrating my 40th Birthday with family and friends here. We had the absolute best time ever! I think we spent more time at the house than anywhere else on the island lol. The pool area was the best, we barbecued, made oven baked pizzas, karaoke’d and just hung out by the pool day and night. The property manager, Jose, was so incredibly nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Also, the code to open the door should be given upon arrival. I have to text and ask for it. No biggies. Just little things that could make things even smoother.

Great long weekend at SPI
A group of 11 of us (late 20s/early 30s) stayed at this property in mid-February for a bachelor party. We had a great time! The property is very spacious and clean, has plenty of bathrooms and is full of comfortable sleeping spaces. The two kitchens and outdoor grill make it easy to cook dinner for a large group, and the large common area upstairs make playing board/card games very convenient. To top it off, Jose is very responsive over chat. Would highly recommend this property to any large group looking to have a good time in SPI.

Such a great spot for 11 of us with 4 mothers and 7 daughters! (2 couldn't come last minute and were missed) but a super cute property with 2 separate areas that worked so well with all our adult girls in the huge upstairs and we moms on the main floor. Thanks Axel & Tania for being so accessible. We loved the location also ❤

My group of 10 had a fantastic time at this house celebrating a bachelorette party! Jose was easily accessible and extremely accommodating. The location of the house was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to the area.
