雰囲気が素敵な古城ホテルでありながら、値頃感がある。
駐車場からレセプションまで徒歩5分程度の距離をキャリーケースを引いて歩かなければならないが、レセプションに相談すると、ホテルのワゴン車で駐車場からレセプションまで送迎してくれ、楽でした。

Exceptional staff. Obviously a great location. As all JUFA Hotels, good amenities for children in both the breakfast room, play room and outside.
Rooms are new, clean and well sized. Would be great to have a little bit more flair for a hotel in a fortress, but I guess that's challenging, especially at this price point.

This place was cool. I was just looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Kronach. I did not pay too much attention to the description - but you really are staying in a crazy old castle. It's like something from a Disney movie - "tell the guards to open up the gates!"
The location is amazing, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good.
The rooms are quite basic - a bit like a budget Ibis, but it's worth it.
