The area is nice and quiet, I didn't ask for breakfast.
On the day of my arrival, an Asian woman greeted me because the host was on vacation. She showed me my room and gave me the key. She showed me where the shared bathroom and the kitchen on the ground floor were where you could have coffee. All the rooms on the upper floor had a small refrigerator.
There was no kettle or coffee maker in the room.
The next day, the host arrived and was clearly annoyed that I was in the kitchen heating up my dinner in the microwave.
On the last night, the day before we left, she started demanding an extra 10 euros per day because I used the kitchen and had a coffee in the morning. The kitchen door did not say PRIVATE, and when I was checking in, the lady said that I could use it and drink coffee from the coffee machine. Asking for a fee afterwards that was not disclosed in advance is not nice. I will never go there again.
