La gentileza de la dueña, la limpieza y decoración del lugar. La cercanía a la playa, el centro, a la estación de trenes para La Spezia y Cinque Terre y el parking gratuito y seguro.
Un poco pequeña la habitacion y cuando se abre la ventana se ve de afuera.

Location, parking and very helpful/friendly staff.
Shower head holder was broken and re glued upside down, so would not hold shower head and the toilet is do close to the shower cubical a 6’2” man has to sit “side saddle” !
