Situated in Lago Vista, this charming condo for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Relax on the patio and watch the sunset over the waters of Lake Travis from our lakefront villa at The Island on Lake Travis. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 people, has been fully remodeled in 2021 and offers unobstructed panoramic lake and hill country views from a top floor corner setting with all the comforts of home. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, fireplace, washer/dryer, open living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa, high speed WiFi, and 3 HDTVs with cable service and Blu-ray DVD players. There is also a Sound Bar in the living room that you can connect to by Bluetooth and play your favorite music. The master bedroom features a king size bed with large en suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. It also has direct patio access with lakefront views. The guest bedroom has a spacious king size bed and an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower. The outdoor patio has comfortable seating for 6 people (with bistro height chairs for better views), a propane grill, and arguably the premier location within the resort if you like sunsets and panoramic views. If you enjoy relaxing on a beautiful lakefront setting at a resort with more on-site amenities than any other on the north shore of Lake Travis, then this villa is the right spot for you. Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste. The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake. There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property. We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check-In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary). Other Amenities Include: *Coded Lock on Door, so you will not have to keep up with a key. * Private Marina & Boat Slips available for our guests. *Day Dock & Low Water Boat Ramp. * 2 Outdoor Pools and 1 Indoor Pool. Wife and I needed a quick getaway... played golf about 1 mile away with incredible views, the deer running around was a unique thing to see, and the condo was better than described. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another quick getaway.

Such a beautiful, peaceful location. Mornings on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, to relax inside and escape the heat. And a restaurant on-site for an easy dinner at the end of a busy day.

This unit is beautifully furnished, has everything you need and most of all, has the best panoramic view of the water, since it is the furthest part of the building jetting out and from the top floor. There are no neighboring balconies on either side. The property is peaceful and quiet with deer. We were able to enjoy many of the amenities on the property as well as jet skiing and the floating obstacle course on the lake with our teenage boys. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend-

Well decorated and beautiful view but not as well equipped as other units we have rented there. Also didn't seem well cleaned - there was hair in master shower and blood on master bedroom sheets that was not ours.

The unit was just as pictured. Wonderful views. Great communication with owner. Very quiet and peaceful. This is a great unit, top floor, in a corner so balcony is private, overlooking the Lake. My group has decided to stay at this unit again.

Loved the place.. the views were spectacular and the deer walking around the property were unbelievable. We rented a boat and had a wonderful time on the water. The place we stayed was lovely. The floors could have been cleaned better, mainly the kitchen and under bed in master, but overall was a nice place. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay!

The condo was perfect for my family of three. The condo was clean, had modern decor, and plenty of kitchenware for anything you needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable and loved that they had ceiling fans. The best part was the outdoor space as has amazing views! We did not have one issue during our visit. Would highly recommend.

The owner was extremely responsive to minor issues that arose, and had a maintenance person on-site within a few hours. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Rough beginning but worked out well
The check-in process was rough. We arrived at 4:30 and housekeeping was still there. The room was not ready until 6 pm. It was very disappointing as we were all tired and hot from our travels. It was not contactless as we had hoped. Then the AC unit had to be reset and a portable until had to be brought in to cool the master bedroom. The temperature finally went below 75 in the early morning hours. After the initial inconvenience the rest of the vacation went well.
