NEVER AGAIN

Nothing

Everything!! one word: HORRIBLE! two words: NEVER AGAIN The emphasis was on the word “OLD”, but not only that, everything is just terrible, dirty, OLD! No wifi, bad área. I haven’t slept a wink, and had a 5 hour motorcycle ride the following morning!!! I hope Booking will publish this and take action, I will be on the lookout for my review! I found an AMAZING ROOM, at a WONDERFUL hotel, classy, clean, rooftop bar, view..for 40 mxn more and way better location!!

A little gem

The room was large, airy and comfortable. The terrace and downstairs patio were lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. You will definitely need your Spanish here, and this little hotel is a great value and a gem. It's very close to the center.

Always enjoy this place.

Wonderful staff, great restaurant.

All the rooms are exposed to the central courtyard, so don't expect a quiet evening, but as long as you are not an early sleeper this is not a problem.

Overall, a terrific experience!

Good location near the plaza. The room was comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent! Great parking for our motorcycles as well!

Superb

Good location, nice food and cleaness

if you go out and come back late you need to look for someone that opens the door for you (either the principal or the parking lot one). no one likes standing in the middle of the night outside a place. Also we made the reservation for 4 people and it took them almost 4 days to understand that we needed 4 towels at the bathroom, we always needed to go and ask for other one

Perfect Mexican Hacienda Experience

An Perfect place to stay with a colonial mexican look. The building has bright colorful walls and the perfect picture decors. There is a restaurant downstairs that plays mexican music for the great atmosphere one can enjoy because it is not too loud and music is turned off at 9:00 pm. The room was never overpowered with the music but more enjoyable. The room was was way more spacious than any other room we stayed in all of out trip. The downtown placita is only 4 blocks away and you can walk anywhere for some food, attractions, or just a enjoyed walk.

The only inconvenience is the WIFI only works when the restaurant is open.

Greatly exceeded our expectations

Excellent hotel, its decoration was amazing and the attention by the staff was great. The hotel is at walking distance of almost every big attraction from Parral. Greatly recommended.

We pretty much enjoyed everything.

An excellent hotel and restaurant that is very close to the main plaza of Parral!

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Very tasty! I had breakfast for several days. I had chilaquiles verdes once. Another day I had enchiladas, and another day I had omelets. All of that accompanied with cafe de olla and jugo verde. ¡Exquisito! The waiter, Many, was very courteous and friendly. I loved my stay at this great hotel and restaurant where they had an extensive collection of tequila bottles. About 2,500 different bottles, all of them different and coming from different places in Mexico!!!!. The owner himself. Mr Chacón, was kind enough to show me the whole collection. It was delightful to get to see all that!! :-)

It was a very Beautiful place and great staff.

Lovely place. I really like the decor and atmosphere. Felt like I was in an old hacienda. Great staff! Definitely would stay there again.

It was a little cold in the room..but still comfortable.
