The rental was as advertised. My host David was more than helpful and was a pleasure to meet and visit with. I was in town a day earlier than planned and i was able to meet with David and he was able to get me in with an added stay of course. I brought my Dual Sport motorcycle with me to ride in the mountains. The rental was perfect for my intentions. Clean and stocked with all my needs. Beautiful place hust at the beginning of fall ant the start of the million Dollar Hiway.

This property was a wonderful spot for my husband and I. I was worried about the comfort of a Murphy bed, but it was quite nice. They had lots of extras that made the property so inviting. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely stay again.

The location was very close to the slopes and resort area. The pool / hot tub passes were included which was very nice - other friends in the area had to pay extra for access. Also, the boot dryer was a NICE bonus for ski boots / gloves. Highly recommend!

Great condo about a quarter mile from the lifts - 5 minute walk! We were able to walk to the lifts, but for some, this would be a little far. The kitchen was stocked with bottled water and snacks, which we appreciated! The shower was amazing and bathroom was updated. The small touches by the owner of the property made us feel at home. Thanks for the great stay!

The place was clean, spacious for a studio and had all of the needed appliances(Refridgerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave) except a dishwasher. It was so convenient and well situated near the mountain for skiing(short walk). I also liked the fact that it had ski lockers and was on the first floor making it easy to come back and rest between each ski session. I want to stay here again, and will depending on availability.

This is the perfect condo for a ski getaway. It’s within easy walking distance to the lift. It’s small, but has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and will take care of anything you need. Our family really enjoyed this stay and we will definitely be back again.

This was a nice condo. Fun to use the Murphy bed which was also kinda odd how it eats up the living room. The place was nice, dvd selection is no Bueno, but the place has everything you need. The shower is nice. My only gripe is the stupid compressor on the fridge. It's insanely loud and when that stops, the clock in the room follows suit. The fridge is pretty loud but runs so long it ends up working as white noise. Not something you need in your "mountain retreat."

Rented this place for my daughter and I to attend my nephew’s wedding. It was perfect! We had all we needed and the management was very attentive to questions we had. This place was the perfect size for my family of three. Could have fit four too. I liked the proximity to everything at purgatory and our pool/gym passes were a bonus. David was helpful when we had questions. Great price too!!
