The location is perfect for quiet relaxation. The views from the feature window in the open plan living area are truly special and would bring interest year round. The outside space (decking area with seating) is very private with open countryside views, although it is East facing (so no afternoon/evening sun but perfect for breakfast/coffee outside on sunny mornings). The quality of furnishings and kitchen equipment was excellent. Close enough to city amenities while being very much rural. Nice large TV in the living room.
Access is along narrow, single lane roads. Not at all a problem but worth flagging up as own transport is probably a must-have. The hot-tub was of good design but possibly set a couple of degrees cooler than ideal - but fine for sunny/warm days. The pillows were on the soft side. No DVD player when we were there but many streaming channels so we did not miss having one.

Fabulous rural location. High quality, spacious property. Super well equipped and very comfortable.
Debbie is a good host and welcomed us warmly.
Everything worked well and ensured we had a great stay.
Approach road is single track and bumpy.
