About this house rental
Located in Marquette, this lovely house for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Watermarq 351 is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. This 3bedroom/2bath 1895 cottage vacation rental is conveniently located in a beautiful eastside neighborhood with old growth trees. Easily walk to restaurants, parks, beaches, breweries, downtown, convenience stores, and much more. The perfect spot to use to Make Marquette Home. The main floor contains a sunroom with daybed, living room with queen sleeper sofa, large dining/sitting room, gourmet kitchen, half bath, front porch for people watching, and a back deck/patio for relaxing in privacy. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and can be completely closed off from the rest of the downstairs with a pair of French doors and an additional single French door. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with a king bed large double dresser and ample storage, and a newly renovated bathroom with large shower, washer, dryer, linen cabinet, vanity and water closet. Upstairs bedroom on the south side of the house has a desk, sitting area, king bed and a twin available (we keep it in the closet) there is also room in the closet to set-up a pak-n-play. Upstairs bedroom on the north side of the house has a king bed as well. Our other rental has been a hige success with travellers and we are very accommodating, if you feel like the place is missing something, simply let us know and it's done. All sleeping areas equipped with sound machines and comfy high quality linens for your sleeping enjoyment. We can't wait for you to see this place!

The house and property were so clean and beautifully decorated! We had to bring our dog for our wedding weekend last minute and Brooke was very accommodating! The bridal party got ready at this house the morning of the wedding and was perfect with the decor and space of the house. We would defiantly stay here again!

Brooke let us check in a little early which helped us a lot after a long drive. The house is very nicely decorated & comfortable! We were close to downtown Marquette. Brooke also had the bathrooms & kitchen stocked with paper products, laundry detergent, etc. We enjoyed decompressing on the front porch after busy days.

We had a short stay here but loved the location and neighborhood! The property was very clean, well decorated, and had an adorable atmosphere. The house is also dog friendly and we greatly appreciate that we were able to find a nice spot that allowed us to stay with our dog. Highly recommend this spot!

The property is perfect for a family. It is well stocked and nicely decorated. There was nothing we were missing and the host went above and beyond to make sure every extra is available. The only potential downside is that there is only one shower. I would highly recommend!

This house is in a great location to discover Marquette! So close to all the parks presque isle, sugarloaf mountain. There are also other beach parks along lakeshore drive.
Nice walk to downtown . Don’t miss ore dock and black rocks brewery. This location is not to far from Munising about 40 min. Check out Picture rock’s kayaking.
We used the large king size bedroom and the bed was super comfortable there is a full bath upstairs. The tub is pretty high so some might have a problem with that. Communication with Brooke was excellent!

Great property within walking distance of everything Marquette has to offer. Our family has always enjoyed Marquette, but this is first time staying in the city for an entire week. We enjoy spending time on the trails, on the beaches, out disc golfing, etc. We could do all of these things, then head back to our rental and unwind. We’d get cleaned up and head out for a fantastic meal, stop for a cold beer at Ore Dock or Black Rocks, then walk back to our rental for a good night’s sleep. Up and out the next morning to grab a nearby coffee and repeat the process. Perfect set-up. Perfect location.
Brooke was great, and communication was easy and timely. We loved our time here, and would happily book again in the future.

The neighborhood couldn't be better, and it is just a short walk to a beach and to town. The stairs to the upstairs level are steep, and the only shower is located on the upper level, which was a slight challenge for my 81 year old mother. There is a downstairs bedroom with a trundle bed, and a half bath downstairs, so that worked well for her, and kept her off the stairs most of the time. We would definitely stay here again. I also can't say enough good things about Marquette generally. This was our first trip to Marquette and we loved it - so beautiful and so many outdoors recreational activities, plus shopping and good restaurants.

The house is in a lovely neighborhood that is easy walking distance to both downtown and the Third Street business districts as well as the lakefront. We all had plenty of room to spread out or be together. We loved that we could easily bike down to the lakefront trail and take off from there.
