Overall a great clean place with a good location. Also the access to the building etc. was well instructed and smooth.
My room was on the 1st floor with windows facing to the Vissis street and all the noises from the street and nearby restaurants were quite loud in the evenings. Luckily I’m a solid sleeper but for someone who’s not this might be a problem. However, the higher floors probably don’t have this issue.

The room was spacious and cozy. Perfect location.
This is not a hotel. Breakfast is served in two cafes (one in the same building, the other a 15 min walk away) where you will be treated as secondary customers as you pay a fixed price by voucher.
Further, there is no gym on premises, and using the partner gym requires signing up to another app before you even see the location and opening hours. I did not bother.
During my entire stay (5 days) I had an issue with my shower drain being blocked and, consequently, the shower overflowing into the room (no separate bathroom - beware if travelling with friends). The team was unable to fix it...
Cleaning is only once every 6 days. Not enough if you ask me, especially for this price.
Last but not least, the luggage room is accessible to everyone currently staying at the hotel, and not monitored. So it would be easy to take out stuff that is not yours. Nothing happened to my luggage but I was worried the whole time.
