About this condo rental
Situated in Edgewater, this attractive condo for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens 3 #104 "Paradise Found"! This popular ground floor condo is so close to the beach, it feels like you are on it! No stairs or elevators, enjoy the convenience of being on the first floor. Everything in the condo has been updated and newly furnished. It sleeps 6 with a King in the Master, two twin beds in the Guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the ocean-front Living room. This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Condo #104 is located on the first floor and the construction may obstruct the beach view and access to the grassy area in front of the patio. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project. The estimated completion is late Spring/early Summer 2024. Fantastic spot to get away! The beach is feet away with easy access! The property itself has everything you need with gorgeous updated bathrooms and comfy living space. It was quiet and clean. The checkin process was easy and I felt confident about being able to resolve any unexpected issues. The limit to 2 perking spots was a little frustrating but understandable- I will definitely visit again!

The condo building is older but the room it self has been updated and was very nice - exactly as pictured. To open the sliding door and hear the ocean just a few feet away was priceless. Great place to stay for our family of four.

I had a girls weekend here and the stay was beautiful because I was with some of my favorite people and steps from the beach. The condo was very clean and great location. Our toilet did have a leak and the parking situation sucks if you have more then two cars but over all our stay was wonderful.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The first floor entrance made it very easy with our three young children. Beautiful beach views. Great condo and complex that are both well kept. We will be returning next year.

The condo was spot on as described on VRBO. The only down side was that construction was going on and it got noisy in condo. Plus the shortest route to the beach was closed off. Very nice overall

2. Master bedroom extremely drafty-windows not sealed and cold breeze through window could blow out a candle.

Our new favorite two-bedroom
After a dozen or more visits to New Smyrna --- our daughter lives nearby --- this is our new favorite spot to stay. It's comfortable, well located, etc. We had a couple of very minor quibbles that we passed along to the owners, but, otherwise, everything was perfect.

Amazing accomodation with ocean front
I highly recommend a stay at this condo. We fell in love with New Smyrna Beach and all that it has to offer. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, beautifully renovated and well equipped! So tastefully decorated! Walk out the patio doors and you are at the beach!!

My first time visiting New Smyrna Beach, will definitely be back. This condo is exactly as depicted in the photos. It is PERFECT! You can't be closer to the beach...any closer you would be in the water! The view from the living area is SPECTACULAR. It is tastefully furnished and decorated. Very clean and updated. Appliances are new and includes smaller appliances as well (toaster, coffee machine, microwave, etc.). Easy access to all the amenities (shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.). Even Disney is a short drive away. The grounds and the pools are very well maintained.

Perfect location for a beach vacation
This condo is my happy place! I have stayed there twice and am in the planning stages of trip three! The property owner always makes sure I have everything I need to make my stay enjoyable. The covered patio is the perfect spot to relax and watch the waves. New Smyrna Beach is a small, friendly beach town with many choices of beach restaurants and stores. I can’t wait to go back!

Beach Life at its best
We stayed here in the spring of 2018. It’s the perfect place to watch and listen to the soothing waves of the Ocean. Great location close to everything. The condo is updated and decorated with a real beachy vibe. We watched the sunrise as we walked the beach every morning. It was spectacular. The complex is also nice with several pools and a beachside deck perfect for sunbathing and book reading!

Beautiful place!
This condo was absolutely beautiful. Just as shown in the pictures. It was immaculate. All of the appliances in the kitchen are new. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Beautiful silverware. You will need to supply your own paper towels and garbage bags, but there are enough there to get you started and that is not a big deal.
My reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a bit of a cold spell when we were there, with temperatures dropping in the 30's in the night and 40-50 during the day. We went Thanksgiving week in November for 10 nights. So the AC kept kicking on. It appears to be remotely set to kick on at certain times. It seemed you needed to go through the management association to get a message to the owner who lives in Canada, and they were so accommodating with this, but just were not able to resolve it. We were told to just raise the thermometer before bed, which we did, but we could see that at 4:15am it was set to drop down on its own and a couple of times during the day. So long story short we had to stay on top of it and we were cold. There were extra blankets which we used.
Other than this issue I really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations, however, I probably won't go back to this unit.

Wonderful Stay!!!
This was our first time visiting New Smyrna Beach. We stayed at this property 8-25-18 through 9-3-18. The pictures displayed of this condo depict exactly what it was....beautiful!! It was clean, VERY UPDATED, very comfortable, and so close to the beach! The condo grounds and the pool were spotless. The best part was our encounter with Shelly who helped us with our reservations and comfortable accommodations. Shelly was always available if we had any questions or any problems (which there were none). Shelly gave us great recommendations on great restaurants in the area and places to visit. We tremendously enjoyed our stay here.
