Located in Edgewater, this lovely condo for $322 per night is a great choice for your next break. As close to the beach as possible!!! Located in exclusive Shore Villas, this beautiful beach condo with its own direct Wi-Fi reception is located only 33 feet from the ocean with stunning unobstructed views from the living room, master bedroom, and recently renovated kitchen. Shore Villas consists of only 33 select units located on the non-drive portion of the beach with only 9 direct ocean front units. Shore Villas is located between Ebb Tide and Errol by the Sea. This second floor unit has no neighbors on either side providing absolute privacy and serene breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean directly in front as well as entire New Smyrna Beach to the north and south. The unit is also caddy corner to the pool with full view of pool from the balcony for watchful parents. Relax and enjoy the balmy breeze of the Atlantic and moonlit nights from the balcony connected to both the entire width of the living room and master bedroom. The living room also has a window on the north side providing an unobstructed bonus view of the beach from the living room and kitchen. Beach front condo has tile floor in the entire unit and and bathrooms. This unit will truly be your ocean front home away from home. This condo was great. It is right on the beach. Two big sliding glass doors for a perfect view, one is in the main living space and the other in the master bedroom. We will definitely return.

We had a great time in this rental unit. We were able to access the beach, as well sit and relax on the balcony to watch the waves and listen to them. Close to many restaurants and shops, but in a location that was very quiet and relaxing.

Really enjoyed staying at this clean, well-stocked condo. We noticed a few minor items of wear/tear (e.g, towels, faucet), but nothing that would deter us from staying again.
As of our stay in mid-Oct, there are plenty of beach chairs (5 or 6), toys, even an umbrella and coolers if you need them.
It was also nice to stay in a condo where you didn’t have to strip the beds and start the washer/dryer at checkout. Running the dishwasher and taking out the trash/recycling were it.

The condo was clean and very well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The views were spectacular and the grounds of the property were well maintained.

The location is quiet and not crowded. Very clean and decorated nicely. While we did not use any, the closet had all the beach equipment you needed.
The condo even had a hose to wash the salt air residue from our car and an ice machine available.

What can I say that hasn’t been said about this place. No disappointments in any respect. If you go to NSB this is the place to stay. FYI, plenty of good beach chairs and accessories. Would recommend buying one of those tents (we did) for the afternoon sun. Thanks again.

Overall very good. Exceptional balcony oceanfront with lovely furniture. Both showers in baths worked well. Kitchen was new and well stocked with dishes, baking stuff, etc.
Living area was comfortable,and TV was very good. Washer Dryer worked well.
There were a few things to note which gave it a 4 star rating. Broken lamp on right side of bed. Broken lamp in living area. The first night there were a dozen palmetto bugs on kitchen counters. The property manager was notified, and he sprayed and called in Massy Pest control who came within 2 days. The fact that no umbrellas were allowed in pool area would make us think twice about renting in the future. Although, beach access was convenient to our door. .

This property was exactly as advertised.
The location was great - close enough to plenty of restaurants and shopping areas, but far enough from the crowded areas to have a more relaxed beach experience.
The beach was perfect for everyone, but especially our daughter. At low tide there was a big Beachy area, and shallow spots for skim boarding. At high tide the water got gradually deeper and gave us a lot of water to play in!
The pool was perfect for the times we got tired of being in the waves.
The view from this particular unit was perfect! We will likely come back in the future.

Everything about this condo was wonderful! Location, comfort, view, everything you would need for a relaxing vacation! So much to do in the area, we did a day trip to Kennedy Space center, A day at Disney, Dolphin cruise, and especially enjoyed the morning sunrise and spending the day on the beach. Sam the manager was there for any questions, as well as Ted responds quickly for any needs. We enjoyed many restaurants in the area as well. We hope to come back again soon!! Thanks Ted for sharing your beautiful condo with others!

This condo is great for enjoying oceanfront views, super easy beach access, and comfortable amenities. The condo had everything a family of five needs to have a great beach vacation, including beach chairs and toys. Nice kitchen, comfortable living room, quiet building and an outdoor pool. This property is on the quieter end of NSB without cars on the beach. Condo is steps away from the beach and you wake feeling like you have a cruise ship view
Property was clean, updated and stocked with everything you could need. Lots of beach chairs, toys and umbrella too.
Check in was easy and properly managed is around to help if needed. Highly recommend.

We booked this condo for our son and his family of four and they loved it. It's on the no-drive beach and the location can't be beat! The beach is so close and the view so fabulous that when you on the balcony it is almost like you are down on the beach. The condo was clean, well supplied and beautifully decorated, including new bed linens! Our family especially was glad to have the washer and dryer in the unit. And Ted was very responsive and helpful. We have already booked it again for spring break next year!

The condo was just like it was advertised. It was very clean and neat and spacious and comfortable. This was our first time using VRBO and Ted made it so easy. The view was breathtaking. You really couldn't be any closer to the ocean, which is exactly what we wanted. The balcony was very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The beach in front of us was not crowded and neither was the pool. Very quiet condo, almost felt like we were the only people there. We were even able to see the nighttime crew six rocket launch. That was a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this condo!!!

The town is repairing storm damage and it hurt our hearts to know how badly some places were hurt. But they are putting things back together and the casual visitor might not even notice. This is a nice little condo with a great oceanfront location. We sat on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning, walked down the stairs to spend time on an amazing beach. Sunbathing, body boarding and shell searching. New Myrna was a wonderful town with a lot of small local shops. The condo pool is a little small, but it was never crowded and has a nice deep end. Water was not cold. You will enjoy this gem in a premium location.

This was by far the best VRBO rental we have stayed in. The condo was right on the beach, and our balcony looked right out onto the water. The location was perfect, condo furnished with all you need, and it was so comfortable and stress free. The owners are wonderful people and are very attentive to their renters. We will absolutely stay here again. Hopefully this coming summer. Thanks for the memories!!

A well stocked spacious kitchen with plenty of extras. Two closest full of beach chairs, umbrella, floating toys are a bonus!
The owner and property manager were both a pleasure to meet and looked after us!

We had such a wonderful time last year in this same unit, so we were very happy to be able to book it again this year. Literally a few steps to the beach and just a short drive to stores, restaurants and entertainment. The view from the balcony is amazing!
Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, etc. Kitchen knives weren't the sharpest, but we survived. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because there was sand on the floor inside the unit when we arrived. Not a big deal - we swept it up in short order. The rest of the unit and the property in general is very clean. It's older, but well kept up.

We had a lovely and relaxing time. The view was gorgeous! I enjoyed spending time on the balcony and at the pool. The condo is close to great food options, some within walking distance. This was our 3rd stay and we hope to return again.

The condo was awesome in a great location right on the beach and within a close proximity to nice restaurants. it was spacious enough for our family of 5. It has an ocean front balcony which overlooks the swimming pool area as well. The view of the sunset and sunrise from the balcony, the living area or the master bedroom was amazing. The place was very clean and Ted was very responsive to all our questions. The beach area by the condo was very nice and quiet away from any public access. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation in this condo and will definitely book this condo again if we visited New Smyrna.
