About this apartment rental
This property is a one week rental of a 2 BR / 2 Bath condo that we own at the 7 Mile Beach Resort. It is tucked away in a garden setting on Grand Cayman's famous 7 Mile Beach! It features a reserved section on 7 Mile Beach, a swimming pool with two waterfalls, a spa/hot tub, and a spacious sun deck. Scuba diving is available right from the resort or from the resorts own boat “7Milediver”. The resort is set back about 100 feet from 7 Mile Beach assuring privacy and quick access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The condo features large living and dining areas with a private screened-in porch.
Our timeshare is a floater, so I can try to change it to another week in 2023 (other than Christmas and New Year's week) if that particular week has an opening. Please let me know what weeks you are interested in and I will check availability for you.
The condo is beautifully furnished and equipped with two televisions and a DVD player. The unit has central air conditioning and all rooms, including the balcony, have ceiling fans for those who prefer a tropical breeze. Also available to active visitors is an on site tennis court, full service PADI dive shop and the services of a full time activities director.

Great place! Very nice condo with a kitchen and laundry machines. There is a small area of beach to use with the property’s beach chairs that is like only 200 yards from the condos, maybe less. The beach everywhere there is public so you can go wherever you want on SMB. There’s one other small resort condo place between this one and the water, but it’s no big deal to walk to the beach. The pool area is very nice and the hot tub was awesome. Karaoke night was a blast. It was not crowded when we went so there was no fighting over beach chairs or anything. It was great all around. Walking distance to plenty of good restaurants and a short cab ride to some other good ones at camana bay. I don’t think you’ll find a better value on seven mile beach. Host was very helpful. My kids really enjoyed the trip.

Excellent location, relaxed atmosphere, helpful and friendly management and staff. Clean and well maintained environment.
Only suggestions for improvement would be to provide more self catering equipment in the kitchen (eg corkscrew, grater, etc - though I guess maybe more people eat out than cook, perhaps!) and please be aware that the whirlpool bath doesn’t! However, these were just minor points, and in no way marred our overall holiday experience, at all.
