The location, staff, and literally everything about this hotel was so nice! The staff made everything easy, and as they were English speaking, it was easier to communicate our needs or questions. Something that surprised our group, and that we are definitely grateful for, is that they picked us up from the bus drop off location as we had many bags with us that wouldn't have been fun to carry around in the snow. Definitely will be coming back here! The room and view was also amazing and the hotel location was near by everything we wanted to go to :D 10/10

After reading a previous review I was concerned about the property but I needn’t have been. The house was clean and didn’t smell. The design of the house is beautiful. So much space.
9 of us stayed for one night a friends 50th birthday. We were all so impressed with the size of the house. Lovely large entrance with slippers laid out for us. Large lounge with veranda. The weather was lovely so we were able to sit outside. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed and more. Towels were provided and the shower was really large and powerful. The reason why we booked the house was because the karaoke room. It was great! A large selection of up to date songs. Disco light and aircon. A large load of bread, chocolates and some other food was left for us. The bread was delicious in the morning.
The 11am checkout was really nice. We could relax in the morning before we left. The house is really close to the station so very convenient. Overall this house was perfect for our group of friends. We’d stay again.
The only thing anyone had any complaints about was a slight smell from the sink and the futons for the tatami room were quite thin. The other beds were very comfortable though
