Great location across from the market. Friendly staff and decent restaurant on site. Close to the ferry to PT. Clean linen. Screaming good deal on price.

Rooms small and outdated. Water pressure sucks. No coffee maker.

Great location near the ferry. Restaurant and bar seemed to have a good atmosphere. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our room - the bedding was not changed from the previous guest(s). The staff was very cordial and immediately set to work to solve the problem. Was told we would have a reduction in our price, but have not seen a credit.

Upon entering the room, the outward appearance of the bed did not look like it was tidy (wrinkled top and pillows were not neatly placed, the skirt was drooping on the floor). Upon pulling the sheets back, we found sand in the bed. It was quite obvious the bedding was not changed from the previous guest. We requested a quiet room with our reservation, which was confirmed before our arrival. The room was on the west end, closest to the bar parking lot and highway noise. Also, there is no coffee in the room.
