Terrible service! Booked through 3rd party and because of this was treated very poorly by the resort. No complaints about the room or booking but the resort don’t want to know you unless you book directly through them. Overall our experience staying here was simply awful

Great apartment located in the best resort! Hosts were so helpful and very accomodating as we were traveling with a baby. It was great to have the portacot all set up and use of their stroller too! Can’t wait to come back again!

Great location in Palm Cove. Being regular visitors to the area the accommodation is always comfortable and close to all the best eateries. You can kick back by the pool all day or take advantage of the spa on site. We have already booked our next stay here!!

I stayed here with a friend as part of our annual escape to Palm Cove. This was our first time using this platform to book accommodation- and it has been a great experience. The apartment was well appointed, we had everything we needed. Florian was very helpful in getting us in and fixing a small issue during our stay. Sue was very responsive and helpful prior to our arrival. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed and didn’t want to leave. We have two young children and they were well catered for. When bubs slept I could happily watch my husband and other daughter in the pool. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had the best holiday and can’t wait to go back to this beautiful place!

The apartment was absolutely awesome. When you stay in a private apartment compared to the actual resort owned apartment you assume you will have to compromise on some of the benefits of being in a resort. This is definitely not the case with this apartment. It had everything we needed and more. The host was just a pleasure to deal with and the position within the resort overlooking the pool is just superb. We have stayed at this resort a number of times (not in a private apartment) and have never had such an amazing view. We highly recommend this apartment, resort and location.

We had the best family holiday at Bella Aqua with our 2 young children. The apartment was perfect and it is in an amazing location within the resort right overlooking the pool. We also loved being able to walk to all of the restaurants. Sue’s communication with us was excellent and we can’t wait to go back to Bella Aqua again this year!

We had a great holiday at Belle Aqua... it was perfect for our young family (baby & toddler) as it was located overlooking the pool so I still felt like I was part of the action even when I had to stay in the room while the baby slept. Lots of nice places to eat right on your doorstep. Even if it was a bit windy outside, the pool area was so protected that we didn't notice.

We had a great stay at Bella Aqua - a very enjoyable family holiday and a great location and resort - our 2 year old loved the pool! The apartment is well appointed with everything you need to self cater (although lots of options to eat out too). We would definitely return to Bella Aqua.

Bella Aqua at Peppers was the perfect holiday destination for us and our 3 children. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kids loved swimming in the lagoon pool and playing in the sand. We'll be back!

Nothing but perfect! Immaculately clean, fully equipped, two bedroom apartment with more than enough room to accommodate 2 adults and 3 young children without being on top of each other. Great view over the pool and only a 1 minute walk to it as well. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and accommodating with every request that we had. On her advice Coles on line was the way to go. We can't recommend Bella Aqua highly enough... Can't wait until next year!
