Great location, good value, clean and quiet
Stairs - but only because my bag was stupidly heavy - so not the properties fault - I picked an upstairs room - should have maybe thought that through better.

Everything was very good. Beds comfortable, lots of towels. Good Wi/fi.
It would have been nice to have a few staples like salt and pepper provided, there was only some coffee and tea.
The pool could have been cleaner as there were lots of leaves.

* The location is very pleasant, close to Palm Cove Beach.
* The swimming pool and jacuzzi are very nice and enjoyable.
* The hotel is somewhat run-down and could benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment.
* When we arrived, the floor of our room was very dirty and covered in sand. I noticed it immediately because I like walking around barefoot, and my feet were instantly covered in dirt and sand.
* The rooms do not have a proper indoor dining area, which, during winter when it is windy, makes having meals there rather unpleasant.
* During our five-night stay, the towels were only replaced once.
* The laundry facility is paid and does not provide detergent, so we had to buy a whole packet to use just once.
