Very friendly people, beautiful flowers all over and everything clean and tidy. Our room was spacious and excellent. So good to have quiet nights.

Really nice hotel with 2 pool areas and location is good.
Room was small but being alone it was more than enough for me.
Walking distance from many great restaurants/places and bus stop close to you if you wanna go to Chania.
I can easily say the hotel is worth to visit.

Nice and quiet location, good food,,helpful reception,very good bar and service.Few steps away from the beach. Clean room and two pools.A place you really want to go back!We definitely will!Thanks Tonia,Michalis and Gina for everything you did for us!

Very good location in the middle of Platanias.2 pools available.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment, but we were not informed that in order to reach the 2nd bedroom there was a very, very steep internal staircase.There were 3 air conditioners in the apartment but only 1 remote controller for all pf them.

Staff were brilliant, and the daily cleaning was excellent.
Apartment a little basic. Limited cooking facilities. Kettle was supplied only on request.

The staff at the hotel were excellent especially Mike in the bar and Tonia on reception. They were both so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The kitchen area in the room could have been bigger with tea making facilities and a toaster & microwave, sometimes the small things make a big difference.

Friendly staff and good, quiet location in a nice town, a block from the beach!
I mistakenly booked a handicapped room and so the bathroom wasn’t exactly to my liking... it’s listed in the fine print of room details but they should prominently display it in the headline too.
