Très proche du centre de Matera. Facilité de parking dans les rues autour.
Appartement bien équipé, propre avec une belle salle de séjour
Communication aisée avec le propriétaire
Pas grand chose si ce n’est les deux chambres qui ont des petites fenêtres en hauteur qui ne s’ouvrent pas . Il y a une climatisation dans le sejour mais pas dans les chambres mais avec les ventilateurs dans chaque chambre cela suffisait
Pour des personnes âgées , attention l’appartement est au premier étage mais pour y accéder il y 27 marches et c’est un peu raide

AC is present in the living room only. You need the fans for sleeping rooms. The fans are in the closets.

La proprietaria è stata cortese e accogliente, la casa era pulita, luminosa e molto ben fornita.
Il secondo bagno in dislivello e privo di bidet, ma comunque perfettamente utilizzabile.

Proximité avec la vielle ville et facilité du stationnement dans les rues adjacentes. Services de base offerts dans la location : café, sucre, huile, vinaigre, sel, sucreEtc….
Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Uniquement dans le salon
