The location is fabulous with a great choice of beaches all a short walk away. it has everything you need to be comfortable and is clean and tidy

nothing really. it's heat albeit small, but that is fine.

I absolutely loved this little place - it was so cute and cosy, with a brilliant location, quiet but still very handy for everything in St. Ives. It was spotlessly clean.

Very little to not like, other than some confusion about the heating in the sitting room (at one point I was told there was none). There’s actually a very good gas heater, operated by holding down the lever on the right. No mention of this at all in the house manual - I’ve been assured that this information will be added in.

Location was ideal.

Perfect location just behind the harbour front. Plus a welcome pack for our arrival.

The key was secured in a box which was fiddly to unlock.
