Superb

About 2 hrs from Whale Watching, very clean and very good equipped with everything you need. Nice owner. Sofa bed surprisingly comfy for 2 adults (the Kids wanted the bed, which was very comfy also). Laundry on the premises, 3 Dollars for a wash, 3 Dollars for a dry, accepts 1 Dollar coins only.

Make absolutely sure you get the instructions where to go beforehand, otherwise you will be quite lost. Ours got lost somewhere and we had to call the owner, who was very friendly and helpful. Other than that, everything was superb

Very good location 40 km from Quebec, 5 km from supermarkt, very nice view of the mountains. Everything was perfect and very well managed. Exceptional kitchen and bathroom. There were enough bedding for 6 persons. The contact with the host was perfect, accurate and on time.

Family Vacation

The house was located in a very nice location, and the owner explained all rules beforehand. We felt at home there!

The shower was too small to fit a bigger person

Cool spot near ski area! Affordable, good parking, quiet, nearby store and restaurants.

Close to the Ski Area Mt Saint Anne (minutes away), some restaurants within walking distance, gas stations and convenience store also within walking distance, quiet location, full kitchen, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower. Extra blankets, towels, fans. Owner left excellent directions in English and French and was easy to communcate with. I would definitely enjoy staying here again.

In the general area there are cigarette butts around on the ground, probably out of the owner's control. Not a big deal. Could use black out curtain for the bedroom. There was one in living room for sofa bed area.

Excellent place at a reasonable price.

Cozy little place with everything needed for a couples get away. Stocked with dishes and knives. Excellent provisions. Thank you.

Clean, good location, quiet, skip the sofa bed.

Good location with a small grocery store and pub a two minute walk away. Full bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and tools. Place was clean and quiet and we heard no neighbors on our stay in the winter.

The sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable and should be replaced. Like sleeping with your head downhill and a 2x4 under your back. Luckily we brought an air mattress just in case for this.

Overall, our stay was very good.

The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful. It was accessible to places where we would like to visit. The place was clean.

It was in the basement where we could not see anything from the outside. We did not know that it was in the basement. We could have chosen a first or second floor but it was not stated by Booking.com. A stool to use in order to reach something from the top cupboard would have been more useful for someone like me who is shorter than most women.

It was easy to check in and minutes from parking at the ski hill. It snowed over night and everything was promptly plowed and the stairs shovelled

Well stocked apartment

A nice clean apartment, very well stocked, quick responses, and easy check-in with a code lock. Convinient location, 2 km to Mont st.Anne and 30 min to Le Massif. Overall, excellent.

Although there are 2 closets with lots of hangers, we would recommend adding shelves/dressers for small items. Also, we were missing black out curtains in the bedroom (existing blinds let the light through).

Wonderful last day in Quebec.

Our last night in Canadá, we wanted to spend the night near the mountains of Quebec. Loved the apartment and the neighborhood. We also enjoyed dinner at St. Bernard's restaurant just a few minutes away.

I could not get the TV worked no sound. Needed perhaps more information.

Perfect place for summer or winter , we will back again!!!

Everything was good , we have nothing bad to say, really near to the mountain where we go have a walk in the trails to see the water falls, the place was easy to find and very clean and calm, also was about 30 to 40 minutes from Quebec city centre. I strongly recommend this apartment to stay.

Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, as advertised! No real surprises, the comments on other reviews are true with respect to this being a basement accommodation, so anyone over you can be heard somewhat. I would imagine this could get a little annoying if the group upstairs is really loud. I would just advise for anyone staying to bring extra garbage bags, they provided 2 and the kitchen garbage is pretty tiny. So, for longer stays (3+ days) you will need them.

I would say the only thing that came to a surprise, but is really not that much of a big deal is that the pool is not heated. At this time of the year, it will be far too cold for most. If you like cold plunges though, you'll love the pool ;) I only put this in this section because I am not confident that everyone enjoys cold plunges (you should, lots of health benefits and a great way to wake up). It is really the only thing some might not like in my opinion.
