Located in Okrug Gornji, this charming house for $413 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Villa Sherene is a spacious house set in lush gardens planted with Mediterranean trees, shrubs and large olive trees that provide shade. From the garden there is a private gate that leads directly onto the beach which is just 30m from the house. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The house comprises 3 apartments and sleeps up to 10. Each apartment has its own separate entrance. On the ground floor is a 2 bedroom apartment, on the first floor there is another 2 bedroom apartment and in the garden in a separate house is another 1 bedroom apartment. There is private parking for 2 cars on the street level that is 7 stairs up from the top level and 20 to the garden level. There is also street parking available. From the upper floor balcony the guest can enjoy views over the aqua blue sea and the hills and villages of the mainland. Apartment Olive is at the garden level and comprises a large open plan kitchen, living, dining room that opens out onto the garden. The patio has a wooden bench and table facing the sea, it’s a perfect place for watching the sunrise and enjoying breakfasts, lunches or dinners. There is a traditional BBQ grill area where you can enjoy grilling local fish and meats. In this apartment there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living room is a sofa bed suitable for 1 child. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. Apartment Hibiscus is on the first floor and comprises a large open plan kitchen, living, dining room area that opens out onto a balcony with a fabulous sea view. Here you can enjoy meals and relax as the sun goes down. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living room is a sofa bed suitable for 1 child. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. Apartment Cherry is the second garden level apartment. The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with large open plan living dining kitchen area which opens out onto a balcony with lovely garden views. On the balcony is a summer kitchen with a traditional BBQ grill and sink where you can enjoy making meals al fresco. It has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. In the living room is a sofa bed suitable for 1 child. All the apartments have air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV. Access to the apartments is down stairs that go from the street level, to the left and right side of the house. Apt Cherry entrance is directly off the stairs on the right side. The balcony looks out onto the garden in front of the apartment. Entrance to Apt Olive is from the garden, the guest will use the stairs on the right side of the house. And entrance to Apt Hibiscus is from the stairs on the left side of the house. Means of access: Getting to the villa is easy by car or by plane. Split airport is a 10km taxi ride away and access to the island is by bridge. But please note that local roads become congested during the high season. Directions to the apartment: You will check in at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Trogir. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help. Other Things to note Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 1,50 Euro per person per day tourist tax. Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply. You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key. You will get this back when you return the key on departure. Casa vicinissima al mare!

Casa vicinissima al mare!

In 12 persone abbiamo alloggiato nei tre appartamenti di Villa Sherene. La casa è veramente a 30 metri dalla spiaggia, vivibilissima anche a ferragosto. A destra si arriva in una decina di minuti a piedi al paese, passeggiando sulla spiaggia, mentre deviando a sinistra si può camminare nella pineta ed arrivare a belle baie poco frequentate. L'ambiente esterno è abbastanza accogliente per mangiare insieme (anche se bisogna adattarsi attaccando tavoli di misure diverse per starci in 12) e la zona è molto tranquilla. Alcune criticità sono l'assenza del gas per cucinare (si possono utilizzare solo le piastre elettriche) e la strada piuttosto in pendenza per arrivare la casa. Villa da consigliare per le vacanze!

One of our best vacation

The booking and prior communication with the office was very efficient and all of our questions were answered quickly. The apartments are ideal for family travelers as well, we could easily cook, grill, eat and chat in the private courtyard in the evenings. For the kids, having a private yard was a big benefit. And the nearby beach surpassed our expectations. We only had to walk 50m out of the house and found a very nice pebble beach with crystal clear water and rich wildlife. And there was no crowd on this shore. We could snorkel and SUP with the kids. We warmly recommend the accommodation!
