You'll find playground equipment, mini-golf, a skateboard park, a go-cart track, basketball, volleyball, a public boat launch, and a marina. Downtown Chelan is a quarter-mile away with a city municipal golf course and Vin du Lac Winery. For the kids, Slidewaters water park is a mile-and-a-half away. A five-minute drive will take you to Manson restaurants, a casino, shopping, and award-winning wineries. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen There is a queen deluxe air mattress for guests to use! This property has been fully renovated since the pictures were taken. Nicely decorated and very clean and tidy. The only issue is a very noisy furnace system that we had to turn off to hear ourselves think.

Easy close lake access. No parking pass in the place. 2nd floor inhabitants were elephants. Just pounding the floor when walking 530am each morning! It had to be intentional. I would never stay on the ground floor again.

I traveled with my eleven and fifteen year old, and the condo was wonderful. Nice pool, quiet, close proximity to town, plenty of amenities making it feel at home. Management was also very helpful.

We’ve been to lake chelan for 3 years in a row and this was rated the best per our family. They have all the amenities that one could think of. Even a blow up air mattress. Swimming pool and hot tub were also nicely located a short distance from the condo.

Our stay at the Park Pointe condo was okay. There were a lot of spiders in the unit, which wasn't ideal. The condo didn't seem very clean. Parking passes are required for the parking lot, but the unit did not come with any passes, so that was a bit of a mess when we first checked in.

We've stayed here before and always enjoy it. Large units, nice swimming pool, easy walk to the beach and short walk to town. Theres a new coffee shop right next door which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely plan to stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is great for families with children! The pool is perfect! Great patios with views of the park! We loved cooking our meals on the barbecue. Our only real complaint was that the beds were very firm. We ended up sleeping on the air stress that was on one of the closets! We are just not used to such a firm mattress! Other than that we had not complaints! We would definitely come back!

The place was small and cozy but it was better than a hotel and we saved a lot on food and we felt comfortable! We really liked it! There was a couple of things that we had to call the maintenance and they were professional.

Was super clean and ready for us, early even. We had 6 so used the aero bed and was very comfortable for all. Kitchen clean and nicely supplied with everything we needed. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but nothing has been fixed since the last time we stayed here and still haven't updated to newer technology. Kinda seems weird to charge like chelan shores withought the same amenities. The kitchen was well stocked except for sharp knives. We had to use butter knives to cut everything with butter knives.
