Quaint & quiet neighborhood, less than 8 miles from the OC Boardwalk, great house for 8-10 people

House was not as clean as it could have been. When we arrived the front door was left unlocked by, I assume, the cleaning company. We did end up leaving a day early due to the increased insect activity in the loft area where my daughter was sleeping as well the closet in the bedroom downstairs where my husband and I were. We've rented different properties over the years in Ocean Pines, some repeatedly. I would not rent this property again.

Don't think the water access is out the back door-it's down the road-pictures are a delusion...also make sure you check propane before grilling because it was empty and no spare canister. I would have used the charcoal grill available but no charcoal or lighter fluid either. There were some things that could have been cleaned up a little better especially around the outside. Ocean pines area was nice and our group found enjoyment in our entertainment from there to Ocean Pines to Assateague Isle. Good food, especially Taylors Restaurant...but in the end the company we were with was truly what made our trip.

We had a great time in this house. It was cute, clean and functional. The only complaint I have is that the pictures of the water/dock made it seem like that it had the bay in the backyard which it did not. Very small backyard no room for much activities except the fire pit. Overall great house! Very cute! Thank you for the memories!

we booked this house for a family getaway and it was awesome my family loved the woodsy cabin feeling and how calm and quite the neighboorhood is it is pretty big and spacious it accomadated very nice 10 of us and it was only a short ride to beach we loved it and how cozy it felt like a home away from home.

Would suggest darker blinds in bedroom as u cant sleep late with light coming in

Felt like staying at a cabin in the woods

Beautiful trees, fire pit, bikes!! It felt like we were staying at a cabin in the woods. House is a little dated. But very homey and slept the 6 of us comfortably. 4 more would have been fine on the pull out couches. One bike had flat tires. Close to Ocean Pines Yacht Club and 15 minutes to beach. Sheets not the softest but plenty of towels.

Amazing!!

Amazing!!

This rental was amazing on a lot of levels. First it was clean, well maintained and quiet. Additionally, it was centralized to a lot of activities and points of interest. You are 15-20 minutes from most activities in Ocean City, Assateague National Park and so much more. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing vacation

Utilized this property for a long weekend. The house was clean, quiet and well maintained. The Location of the house was ideal! It was was moments away from grocery stores/ restaurants and 15-20 minutes away from Ocean City ( beaches/ restaurants/ shopping/boardwalk) and other great locations like Assateague State Park. The provided country club pass made it easier to find accessible and very close parking for the beach. I Would highly recommend staying here seeing you not only get the peace and quiet a vacation should offer but also close proximity to go out and enjoy a variety of activities. Amazing experience, we are already thinking about next year.

Had a great time, loved the house, I only have a couple of suggestions, throw away the broken boogie boards and beach chairs, and the grill outside really needs to be cleaned it is disgusting. Overall the experience there was very good
