Walk to the first tee-box of the Robert Trent Jones-designed championship golf course. Additional Ocean Pines amenities include skatepark, Racquet Sports Complex (tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis), indoor pool, playgrounds, library, free Concerts in the Park, Family Fun Nights, Farmers & Artisans Market and nearby grocery store, restaurants, bagel shop, and ice cream shop. Ocean Pines is a bay side resort/residential community located 7 miles from Ocean City beaches just across the Route 90 bridge. It was awarded the Safest Community in Maryland. A charcoal grill is located just off the deck. Home is dog-friendly but requires prior authorization. Please indicate breed/weight and age with inquiry. Stow your bikes for excellent biking with over 9 miles of bike-friendly Ocean Parkway. Visit local attractions including America’s Coolest Small Town (Berlin), Ocean City Boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, Ocean Downs Casino/Harness Racing, Frontier Town, DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum, Grand Prix Amusements, and Tanger Outlets. This was a great property. It’s just as described. We used it as a base for Assateague and Chincoteague Islands. You can get a week pass for Assateague so it’s amazing and swimming in the bay is so clear calm and refreshing. You will love it.

Great location with tons of activity and a million dollar view. We enjoyed golf at several different courses (discount green fees available if you shop around), tennis and pickle ball at the local racquet club as well dinner, drinks and music at the yacht club. Not to mention OCMD beach and many local dining options. On top of that just sitting on the porch and enjoying the fairway and water view with our pup was so satisfying. We will be coming back!

We had a very nice stay at Fairway to Heaven. Ocean Pines is a really nice community with lots to do. The 2 floor condo was clean and relatively well equipped. Would have liked a propane grill out back but otherwise had everything else we needed. Jeff and Sue were great hosts and got back to me very quickly With any questions that I had. Thanks Jeff & Sue!

First family vacation in over 3 years and the first with our granddaughters and pups. We had a great time. The property was right on the 9th hole of the golf course, it had a big tree for the pups to lay under and out of the sun. It was a short distance to everything you want including ocean city MD. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo.

Great place! Close to the beach with a ton of activities to do close by. After checking in I had one issue that I spoke to the owners about. I got a response back quickly and it was resolved. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is clearly well cared for with comfort and relaxation in mind. There were 6 of us at one point and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well appointed. The location is convenient. We had a very nice stay!

This property was the best of both worlds… pools and beach!! This condo was away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City, Maryland…. But close even to go there as well. The setup was great! The kids were all downstairs and even had their own living room area…. Master, kitchen & living room were upstairs. We loved the set up! We would stay there again!!

The condo was a great central location to explore neighboring towns, shopping and of course the beach. The Ocean Pines free parking on 50th St. was very helpful since it was a busy week we were down there. We really appreciated the convenience of having linens and towels provided. The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The furniture and decor was very welcoming. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had everything we needed for cooking our food. The owner Sue was very responsive to any questions we had. She was also helpful in offering suggestions for local restaurants. Being a condo that allows dogs, I was apprehensive considering what odors may be present. However, this condo was very clean and no pet orders prevalent. I would highly recommend this condo and Sue was fantastic to work with.

This rental is in a great location and has everything included that you could need on a beach vacation. Another plus…we were able to include our dog on our awesome vacation. Jeff and Sue were very responsive and included so many extras with this rental that we never had included in any other of our many past rentals, like linens, towels, beach mats, a grill with utensils, and a kitchen with everything you would ever need for our family of five. This was our first time staying outside of Ocean City and found the trip from Ocean Pines was not long, less than 20 min to the beach or boardwalk. The use of the Ocean Pines Beach Club was great with the parking pass included in the unit. The daily resident rate was still a bit pricey for the family but was worth it a few times during the week. We made sure to use the other pools too on those days. Overall this was a beautiful, clean, updated property with plenty of space and extras overlooking a well maintained golf course. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to rent it again!

They gave us recommendations for places to eat and we loved their recommendations. The property was immaculate. Clean, updated, and cozy. We cannot wait to stay here again. We highly recommend it. This is such a cute property for families! We stayed over Labor Day weekend and loved the location to the beach and the amenities within Ocean Pines. We have a 4 year old and a 6 month old and the size of this condo was very nice for our family. We enjoyed watching the golfers in the morning and my son loved the bunk bed room. Thanks so much for having us - would love to come back again!

Very beautiful condo in a quiet and private neighborhood. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us with the three bedrooms and the sofa bed as a backup. In case it's not clear, you do share a wall with neighbors (duplex style) so be sure to be mindful of them. Also, there are no designated recycling bins in the area so that was a but upsetting. Ocean City was 10 minutes away by car, and there was a grocery store 5 minutes away. I wish we were able to use the members only parking pass on 49th street, but we didn't get the chance. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Jeff and Susan!

We rented this beautiful home in Ocean Pines on the golf course for a month in July. The pictures you see on line are exactly what the home looks like. Very clean and decorated beautiful. This home worked out great for our family with the master suite upstairs and the other two bedrooms and bath on lower level. Two living room areas was perfect for everyone to have their own space. This house is equipped with everything you need. Ocean Pines has its own clubhouse and beach parking which was a plus plus for our family and having twin grandchildren made going to the beach very easy. The yacht club and pools within the community was another plus for this property. Jeff and Susan thank you for sharing your beautiful home, we had such a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is super comfortable, beautiful, stocked with everything we needed, beds and furniture seemed brand new, spacious and clean and perfect for families. The wifi and Roku were great, we were able to sign in to any channels we wanted on our downtime. We enjoyed meals in the really nice kitchen as well as out and loved sitting on the deck while we used the charcoal grill in the evening.. Enjoyed the yacht club pools and bar, band was fun to see and it was a plus to meet our friendly host in person. Txts, msgs and phone calls were answered promptly from the moment we booked. There are different pools around the property that we drove to, there is a daily fee to use them which we found out upon arrival, but after you pay, you can bounce around to the different pools in one day. This can get pricy for bigger families every day fyi but the beach is free and the parking pass is a huge plus for Ocean City visiting. The beach pool club has excellent food and service. This is a golf course community so if you plan on golfing, bring your clubs.. We were interested in the driving range but too expensive to rent clubs.. Also, taking a leisurely walk on the golf cart path and anywhere near the golf course is strictly forbidden as we found out one morning, oops! Overall, we had a wonderful time!

The house backs up to a golf course which is a relaxing setting to view. The house is decorated nicely and gives the guests a welcoming feel. Also, it is set up nicely to accommodate families. The house has multiple levels with the bedrooms downstairs and a master bedroom upstairs. The upstairs has a spacious living room area connected to an open kitchen that is well stocked. The owners were helpful and responsive to our needs. Overall my family and I enjoyed staying at the property and recommend it to others.

This rental was great. I am a Maryland native and grew up with a OC beach house on the beach. I left for the military 12 years ago ago since have had three kids (5) (3) (10 wk). This trip was a walk in memory lane and this location facilitated that journey.
Best things about the rental was keyless entry. We drove straight to OC from an O’s game, so last thing we wanted was to stop for keys and instructions. Thanks to the keyless entry, we went straight there and straight in. Negative about the arrival was it’s not exactly on the gps but Jeff and Susan were great with directions. Also, the property is a small walk from were the vehicles are parked to door, so unloading a weeks worth of stuff took a bit.
The property itself was newly renovated. No weird smells or sights. It’s like having two individual apartments. We were able to house our three kids, my mother in law, and my wife & I. We were able to stock the fridge thanks to a Food-lion 24/7 grocery store in the local community. Beds and furniture were great, laundry was perfect, and ac kept us happy. As with most properties in and around OC the water pressure for showers was average, but had no smells to the water which is a plus.
Travel. The commute into ocean city is a bit much. This property is in Ocean Pines which is basically a self sustaining community 15 minutes out of OC. The community literally had everything and anything you need. However, if your intent is to be in the mix of OC life, note that you maybe looking at a 20-30 minute excursion for every trip in or out of the city. There is a good side of this, having grown up in the throes of OC life, being off the beaten path is great. No loud sounds from the streets, I didn’t worry about my kids dealing with drunken scenes, and the property was more relaxing than just a place to sleep.
The owners were amazing. Helpful, polite, and understanding. They communicated with any issues and gave great advice on the surrounding area. I thanked them for the stay and would definitely reuse there rental for any future trips.

This was a BEAUTIFUL and clean place. Perfect for our couples get away! Would rent it again and highly recommend! Only suggestion is better detail on what the beach pass is for lol once we figured it was not on the same property location (a kind person helped us in the complex) we went to the beach club house every day! Thanks for a wonderful stay and a supper comfortable vacation home!

Jeff & Susan’s place was super clean and convenient as we explored the Delaware and Maryland beaches and towns. We even enjoyed sipping our coffee sitting on the deck watching the golfers chip onto the ninth green. We would return.

Jeff and Sue were so accessible and friendly! Jeff was super easy to contact and responded right way. He gave lots of great suggestions of places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at. Location of property was in a great spot...close to Ocean City and Berlin! Loved going to Assateague National Seashore...very easy, quick drive and Frontier Waterpark was great for a break from the beach for a day! We truly enjoyed our stay! Loved that the house was dog friendly to bring our fur babies and so clean! Also, the beds were extremely Comfortable!!!!!
