Situated in the very heart of New Gudauri, right in front of the main slopes.
Not a large but very comfy apartment. Ski depot with a personal licker (included for renters) on the ground floor. And 100 meters to the Gondola 🚠
As well as 50 meters to local SPAR, cafes and bars
The apartment has everything required for a long stay and even a bit more :)
That's not about the apartment itself. There is a restaurant on the first floor with disco until late night. Not too loud, but may be annoying for noise-sensitive people

The owner of the apartment was a very nice and kind person. She gave me all advices needed to have an excellent time with my family
I have zero complaints

Great location. Close to the ski lift, supermarket and restaurants are around the corner.
Clean and well-equipped room with fine decoration. We enjoyed the partition between bed and sofa, that most of other rooms seemed to lack of.
A private ski depot keeps the room clean.
Special thanks to the hostess for immediate support.
