Die Lage war sehr gut, es war sehr ruhig und nahe zum Hafen, wir hatten sogar eine Garage für das Auto,ein schönen Balkon , alles super
im kleinen Schlafzimmer das kleine Bett mit dem Starren Lattenrost hat mir nicht gefallen

Die Unterkunft war telefonisch gut erreichbar, denn obwohl wir staubedingt sehr spät angereist sind und sich unsere angekündigte Anreisezeit nach hinten verschoben hat, stellte dies kein Problem dar. Auch die Kommunikation mit der verantwortlichen Person vor Ort hat sehr gut geklappt.
Ein paar mehr Teller, etwas mehr Besteck, Kaffeebecher statt Tassen sowie kleinere Salatschüsselchen haben uns gefehlt - aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Zentral in Kappeln gelegen ist die Rosen Villa ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Schlei und Ostsee-Urlaub. Die Maisonette-Wohnung unterm Dach ist wirklich besonders. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten sehr gemütlich.Garage fürs Auto steht zur Verfügung. Wir werden wiederkommen.
Für Menschen, die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuss sind, ist die Maisonette-Wohnung nicht unbedingt geeignet, da kein Aufzug, also nur über Treppe zu erreichen. Aber das macht die Wohnung auch charmant.

Im Hausflur war ein ausgesprochen unangenehmer Geruch nach Schimmel o.Ä.. Das hat mir den Aufenthalt, trotz der sehr schönen Wohnung wirklich vermiest
