Located in Key Colony Beach, this attractive condo for $269 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. It truly is One of the Best Private Beaches! I can help you find the best, cheapest flights and car rentals. Palm Trees, Tropical Plants, Sunshine will surround you in Paradise. Your White Sandy Beach is Private (not open to the public) with Lounge Chairs at the Beach and Pool. The property has a Tiki Hut at the water's edge where you can BBQ (the fish you caught) on the gas grill and dine with your family or companion on the water's edge. The heated pool is also a great place to relax. The property underwent a recent total landscaped renovation. The condo that is very clean and bright has also been totally renovated with a fully stocked kitchen, GE products, and Corian tops. The Master Bedroom has its own bathroom, King size bed, flat-screen TV, and balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a flat-screen TV. The condo was professionally decorated with all-new furniture including mattresses/bedding. Note: This is a 3rd-floor unit and our complex does not have elevators. Other Activities: Sit on your private beach and watch the Dolphin, Manatee, Tropical birds along with other Keys Wildlife. Kayak, snorkel, and bask in the warm sun.

Everything was simply wonderful! The Condo is just beautiful with all the comforts of home, the grounds are very nicely maintained and I can't say enough about our Host, Michael, he is beyond a phenomenal Host. You can tell he really cares that you have a good stay and goes above and beyond to make sure he can help you have it! He contacted us prior to leaving for vacation, offering many suggestions and giving very helpful insight for our day trips, checking in on us after we arrived to ensure all was going well with our stay and when he found out we had a sizeable delay the day of our departure he had even more suggested stops on our way to the airport!
The location of the condo is really perfect... located about half way between Key Largo and Key West it allowed for day trips in both directions. We don't travel like this much so this was a big vacation for all of us, my husband and two kids 18 & 22...We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! The private beach was by far the nicest we saw during our stay! Peaceful & Relaxing - and the pool was always clean and welcoming as well. Planning on a return trip!

From the minute we opened the door, we knew we made the right decision to stay here. Condo was perfectly decorated for a beach vacation, adequately supplied and in a wonderful location. Only steps from a private beach and pool. Watched the sunrise from our beach and sunsets from a 5-minute walk to Sunset Park. About a 60-minute drive to Key West. Host called us prior to our arrival to make sure we have everything and offered appreciated tips throughout the week. We would definitely recommend staying here

This property is absolutely beautiful. The beach is small but, private. The condo and the condo grounds are well kept and super clean. Marathon is a sleepy little beach town so traffic was pretty much nonexistent during our stay and restaurants were easy to get into. We drove to Key west which was a little over an hour drive and was so fun to explore for the day. I highly recommend this condo!

The condo was really clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were awesome! I felt safe in this beautiful little community and enjoyed walking every day. The sunsets are amazing at the park! I will definitely stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here during Spring Break. Key Colony beach is a beautiful area. We enjoyed time by the pool, grilling out almost every night and catching sunset at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was perfect for my husband & I. The condo is well equipped, and very clean. The area is quiet & traffic is light, but close enough to Publix & restaurants. We really enjoyed just sitting on the beach & grassy area watching the fishing boats go by. Other guests & owners were friendly too, and the property manager, Patty, was on top of things. Very relaxing vacation!

First time in the Keys
This property was perfectly located. Marathon is big enough to have options but not too big. Key Colony Beach is a great place. Dive shops, restaurants, and activities are all very close. We would stay there again our next chance to visit the Keys.

PERFECT
The condo, grounds, and location were exactly what we hoped they would be. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Our condo owner Michael was on top of everything . I had 3 emails with more info than I could have imagined. They were very helpful since this was our first visit to the Keys. The condo also had just about anything you might need if you forgot to bring/buy something. Key Colony is quiet and very pretty. The only downside to our trip was a tropical storm was moving in our last day and our flight got canceled last minute. We were able to book another flight further north and made it home just fine. Michael was on top of this too. He called to make sure we were aware of the incoming storm and that we were able to get another flight. He even asked if we could drop out rental car off at a different location. We already had everything scheduled but I truly believe he would've done anything he could've to help us out. Thanks Michael. I can't wait to come back.

Excellent communication from the property owner
Michael was very helpful with restaurants, activities, etc. The condo is nice, very quiet with many nice retirees staying there. The beach is private and quiet. Key Colony Beach is a safe area to stay.

Perfect place to stay
Had a great time at Michael’s condo. He was extremely attentive to our needs. Excellent communication and made the entire stay very easy. Beautiful location, easy drive to get where we needed to. Very short walk to appreciate the sunsets every night.

Idyllic vacation spot!
We had an amazing week at this property. It was clean, equipped with anything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. All of the other owners and visitors were exceptionally friendly and respectful. The owner is so easy to work with and willing to help with anything you might need!
But the most amazing part of course is the location! It’s just a few steps from a beautiful little private beach with crystal clear water and white sand. Our elementary school kids loved both the beach and the pool, and it was nice to be able to run back to the condo in less than a minute for anything that we needed.
The Marathon area has lots of great restaurants and is very family friendly, and we really enjoyed venturing to a few beaches on Bahia Honda as well.
It was a perfect week, and we would absolutely come back!
