Mattress needed replacing

Comfortable Hotel Room. It seemed very clean. Great blackout curtains. AC actually worked very well. My boyfriend and I are hot sleepers and we never got too hot. this is rare in florida. Some of the staff very helpful and welcoming, specifically the girl that works in the mornings. Location great.

Lukewarm water. I have seen other reviews say that this has been the case for the last few months and it feels like it still hasn’t been permanently fixed. My fourth night the water wasn’t even warm, just frigid. I told a young man at front desk (btw the room phones don’t call front desk and you can NEVER get ahold of them on your cell phone.) and asked when the water would be fixed as I heard them talking about it during check-in. he said he had no clue and offered no solutions. Next morning I told a young woman the same thing and she had maintenance go to my shower and fix it. she said it was fixed the morning prior so not sure why the dude said he had no idea that night it was fixed. big whatever though, the positives outweighed the negatives.

Gonzo was amazing! He was so helpful in helping us get around the keys. He was a wealth of information. It was a pleasure talking with him.

Breakfast was okay. A little more variety would have been appreciated. It was always the same.
