We were here 3 years ago and the rooms haven’t changed since then. So what I’m saying is it’s a bit dated. Breakfast was busy but it’s due to spring break and buses of kids there. I’d stay again but wish the place is a little updated

Upon arrival the room we were booked in was older. The AC unit was very noisy. When I called the front desk they were able to get maintenance up to our rooms quickly and it was decided that they would move us to another room. It was better, still a slight noise but in comparison to the previous room-I was relieved. Key access: A nightmare. We had to call front desk 3 times in one day because everytime they would claim to fix our key, it would not let us enter our room. We got locked out of our rooms twice, and locked out of the pool once. It may seem frivolous but after a long day you just want to be able to get inside without having to wait on someone to come up to open or you have to go downstairs to figure out the problem. The cleaning staff-I can't speak for them all.there were a few polite people. However, You could hear some of the lady's at 8 in the morning talking or laughing between themselves. They were loud for sure. They don't welcome you or even pop a smile when you are in the same hallway. Some just looked mad. It was awkward. On my way to the gym, there's 1 hallway you have to get through to get outside ..... and there was a cleaning staff lady. She had her cleaning cart straight in the middle, making it hard for me to pass through. I thought she would stop and allow me access but no, she just kept walking with her cart straight down the middle very slowly-that I had to RUN around her and excuse myself. Not the best place to stay in.

Our experience was great. Check-in was quick, room was comfortable and spotless. Bathrooms are huge. Hotel and pool area are immaculate. The gentleman at the poolside tiki bar was very kind and attentive and he made good drinks. The restaurant in the back also has great food. Breakfast was great and staff works really hard. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel.

Place was great. No complaints with staff. Bed wasn't the comfy but everything else was great. Tiki bar was an added perk. And restaurant treated us well.

Stay was fine. Room was pretty clean. Do not like to wood tile floors as they were not as clean as I would like. Dirt showed on the tub rug.

Fabulous service and cleanliness, front desk staff was wonderful, loved our bar tender by the pool Gonzo, he gave us great tips on traveling to and from Key West. Steps to a fun restaurant and lots of great attractions close by.

The guys had a wonderful time. It was a trip for their bachelor party and deep sea fishing. They had a great stay. We will be booking again!

Lovely room with view over the pool. The only disappointing thing was it was very busy to eat at the resort and they only offered the one restaurant option.

Everything about our experience was very good. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and relaxing. The only thing that was a minor disappoint was not having our room cleaned half way through our stay. Otherwise, the staff was very responsive and did an excellent job.

The breakfast has a very low standard, all served on paper plates and plastic cutlery. The breakfast room is far to small in relation to number of guests - so super crowded! Room was ok as the service.

the hotel is great along with all the staff and the property is very nicely laid out but the only thing i didnt like was that its on a canal full of fish and fishing charters but wont allow you to fish there. plus the owner of the marina jeff is a a-hole but the ladies and guy who work there and do the rentals and trips are amazing and extremely helpful....the fishing charters that are there are awesome and the captains are very helpful outside the boat and business... the onsite restaurant has great food and drinks even if you dont eat seafood witch we had 2 people who didnt. hotel is also very coviently located

Lower level guests above us on some sort of drugs pacing all night we did not sleep two nights straight. Breakfast was a train wreck very busy but staff was not replenishing anything. Part of the booking coincides with the meal! Parking nightly $15, after paying $700.00 to stay there two nights.

Property was new and clean. Staff not very nice. Very disappointed that the property listed as if the Tiki hut was part of the property, which is why we booked here. We get there and its closed and staff sid they did not even own it! Why even put pictures up of the Tiki Hut bar? Seems like false advertisement to me!!
