Rooms were spacious and very clean. Easy check in and out Pool was refreshing and well maintainedwith ample lounge chairs. Nice area by the water to sit and kayaks available at no extra cost..Shower had ample hot water and beds were fairly comfortable.

Motel part of property and pool were very close to the highway making for lots of road noise. Dog was in a room a couple of doors down and barked incessantly when owners left him.in the room!

Great location in the Keys. Extremely clean and updated. The parking is free, Also several extras like kayaks, bikes, etc.

Room was nice, pool area looked nice, although didn't use.

Place not what I expected. They have little homes moved onto property, trailers, etc... just not a good look. You can only use kayaks and bikes certain hours. For what you're paying I expected more. Wouldn't recommend.

I thought the facility was very nice and was clean.

I rated my stay a 6 because at first it was clean. The second night we stayed we saw 7 roaches on the walls. We know they werent the same ones because we kept killing them. They were in the bathroom, kitchen and in the bedding area.
