Nice location that was very close to the centre, however it was very quiet which was nice, especially at night. The rooms where spacious and super comfortable. The interior was beautiful and very practical. Also the room was incredibly cool due to the way the building is constructed which is also a big plus.
The manager was extremely helpful and even let us check in early :)

We only stayed for one night as we were passing through Chania, so it was just somewhere to sleep. The room was very reasonably priced so my expectations were not high, but it turned out to be delightful. The house is in a pretty old Venetian building is a quiet lane in a very central location. Our room was on the top floor, and although it was small it had everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus loads of character.
All communication was prompt and helpful. I will certainly stay at Cretan Berry Sarpaki next time I’m in Chania.

This apartment is perfect in every way! Amazing location, extremely comfortable bed, very clean and has everything you need. Great communication with Georgia who gave clear instructions for entry, checked in with us during our stay, booked a taxis for us and got in touch with us after check out as we had left something! Wonderful customer service!
