The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is within a short walking distance of the centre of Fowey. The hotel car park was a boon! We didn't use our car during our stay, as we enjoyed the coastal walks, ferry to Polruan and estuary boat trip.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is fabulous. The breakfast is very good. The new ownership will be making improvements which in particular Room 2 desperately needs. Having said that this place is reasonably good value and welcoming for guests.

Carpet, bedhead, mattress, which is sagging, and lino in bathroom all need updating in Room 2.
