Fantastic would stay again

Brilliant location and probity to city and free zone public transport.

The front desk person wasn’t connected to the booking “we just manage the building” / which was strange when we had questions about our room / amenities etc. mainly the night manager.

Clean and quiet and a great location

The location was great with a lovely view of the water. Very very quiet - I wasn't expecting it to be so quiet but it might be the location - but I never even heard the neighbours. Easy access to and from the city and different locations via the tram, so no need to hire a car. Easy location to the ferry which took us across the harbour. I would stay again for sure.

Perhaps a personal thing but the mattress and especially the pillows were quite hard in our room. It didn't really stop us from sleeping as the days kept us busy. I was a little surprised about the bond - but we received the refund without any fuss.
