Didn't come and based on assistance or lack of -very glad I didn't come

There was an error with the booking and the hosts did nothing to assist with the error and mitigate the loss. Could've helped but weren't interested....all about the money . Very Greedy and of no assistance. Very poor show Avoid at all costs

Superb

The apartment was quiet and idyllic but at the same time it was not far from the center and the old city. The contact person for sweetinn responded quickly and was very helpful.

We would like cleaner duvets and pillows and also some more equipment in the kitchen.

stove did not work. some bed sheets were dirty. one extra bed was very dirty. one of the showers had no ventilation, you had to open a window.

Very good

The location of the apartment is good and the building is nice. The apartment is spacious and the beds were nice.

The apartment has a nice design and looks good in the pictures, but most parts are used and shabby (minor damages and scratches are everywhere (on the table, desk, refridgerator,kitchen desk etc.). The tapestry of the sofa, the cushions, the carpet were dirty. The cleaning wasn't satisfying, the lights switches, the walls, the bathrooms, the corners etc. were not clean.

Wonderful, really enjoyed the comfortable, beautiful and spacious apartment - great for families.

the apartment was spacious and beautiful. The balconies were lovely, the apartments was spotless. The living area was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

There were not enough towels, one was missing in a bathroom, none in the kitchen and almost no washing up liquid. The balconies could have been cleaner.

Exceptional apartment in the middle of Jerusalem

We liked everything!!!! The apartment is huge! We were 8 guests. Lots of space, very comfortable. Very organized, well equipped. Very clean. Very very good location!!!

The only lack was that we didn't get towels for the kitchen ;-)

Oustanding apartment in Jerusalem

Spacious. Well kept. Clean. 2 + 1/2 bathrooms! Coffee, tea, all conveniences of home. Washer and dryer perfect for long stays.

The street was noisy, very noisy, starting early in the morning. Otherwise an outstanding apartment in a good location.

Not worth the money

No cord for nespresso machine, ran out of hot water so had a cold shower, rubbish was thrown all over entrance upon arrival, very late check in, noise from main road made sleep impossible
