Location is just what wanted. Close to centre and not far from Old City Room was clean comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was better than I had anticipated, including Omelette according to your choice. Overall enjoyable

We chose this hotel to celebrate the tenth anniversary of our wedding, and we are very happy that we made this choice 💯 It is a wonderful hotel located in a cozy and beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance of everything one might need and just a 15-minute walk from the Old City. We arrived on Friday at 11:00 a.m. and easily found parking just a couple of minutes from the hotel, at a cost of 80 shekels until the end of Shabbat, which was very convenient. The hotel welcomed us with a bottle of wine and delicious sweets 🎉
But most importantly, the service at the hotel truly won our hearts! ❤️ Professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness, immediate assistance with any request, and the genuine atmosphere of care are what make this place exceptional - my husband and I have never experienced anything like it. We had special requests regarding the room, and they were fulfilled 💯 Moreover, the room number turned out to be one of our favorites, and its digits added up to “10” - our anniversary. This touched us deeply and created a special feeling from the very first minutes of our stay. Special thanks go to the manager Ahmad - a top-level professional - it was exactly him who made our stay truly festive and memorable! 🎉
We will definitely return to this hotel and will gladly recommend it to our friends.

The breakfast was great
Booked a Garden jacuzzi room. Bath tub in the garden would be a more fitting description. Yes it had a jacuzzi function, but it’s about 2ft deep and 4ft wide. No chance of getting two in the tub. Those looking for a jacuzzi hot tub, look elsewhere. Zero privacy on the terrace and it’s right over the very large entrance to the underground carpark.
Room was dated and in need of some TLC.
They’ll also spam you to death on WhatsApp and mail to upgrade.
