The food was excellent, and the room was nice.
The location is terrible. All the junctions surrounding the area were closed, and I was needed to park in a public parking lot instead of the hotel parking.
No communication communications from the hotel. I’m still waiting for answers about two questions I asked before my check-in.
Disappointing situation for a hotel that cost 2500 shekels a night

Wonderful hotel in prime Jerusalem location - walking distance to city center and to old city. The staff went above and beyond - upgraded our room for a reduced price and gave us late check out as a perk. The breakfast was excellent, everything was clean and looks brand new. the pool was lovely and the pillows on the bed - heavenly.
Perfect one night stay - will be back for sure!
