Excellent location. Well appointed hotel and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms were clean and well appointed

The location
The guy that checked us in before Shabbas was so rude ! It tainted our entire stay!

Loved the pool and the location both of which helped us choose this hotel
The room felt tired. Looks like it needed decorating. The sink surround had clearly been damaged and patched up, and the high shower needed descaling or replacing. Nowhere near as powerful as the hand held shower.

Very nice location and presentation and staff and was comfortable
When we arrived it was much more expensive then when we booked - unclear why, possibly change in exchange rate. Also we think we were overcharged for one room- the gym was also very small and basic
