The location was amazing, with public transporation nearby and downtown Jerusalem within a minutes walk away. The room was spacious and updated and very comfortable. The staff were so warm and accomodating.

Beds, large room, upgrade to balcony. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice lobby with lots of couches.
The bathroom is old and run down. There are shower tiles, old grout, the vents were full of dust and the trash can was a small, rusty metal can. The dining room and breakfast were okay. Not classy or fresh.

Needs a proper refurb with a good design company could make it world class.
The rooms are not consistent with each other.
