Super comfortable beds
Friendly staff. - often did exceptionally nice things for us
The black out curtains made the room very dark
Breakfast was not super large variety like some in Tel Aviv but what was there was quality especially the hot dishes, the dates, the loose tea and local honey
Good water pressure in the shower
Bathroom water can be very hot if desired
Adjustable AC made the room very cold
It doesn’t have a Jewish vibe although I very much appreciate mezuzah on the door, candles and wine Shabbat evening - thank you
It does not have an ice machine accessible to guests
Not enough drawer closet space.

Great location. Staff nice and friendly
Hotel very dark. Rooms very noisy as on the corner of a noisy junction. Complained as my room was super noisy. Finally got a room with bathroom for disabled guests which was free and quieter but had awful smell of damp. No bathrobes provided. Breakfast & happy hour snacks were poor next to its wonderful sister hotel in Tel Aviv.
