The staff! Mohamed, Ruthy, and another young lady at the reception, whose name escapes me, were absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. The breakfast waiters were very kind and polite. This is my preferred hotel in Jerusalem, and it didn't disappoint me once again!
The pool had a problem, and it was extremely hot. The hotel was taking care of it immediately, and it was just my bad luck that I stayed there during the incident. I still was able to swim and relax.
